Great, helpful service will shop again – Had to give a shout out to the Beezer team for their great service. I changed my mind on an order and gave their support line a call. They were helpful and immediately arranged a replacement in the new colour I chose. Not many stores will do this. Will be shopping with them again!
Did not deliver my order - BYER BEWARE – I ordered an iPad cover from beezer.com.au. The business is located in Australia and the website is professionally set up. I received an email confirming my order and then another one confirming the product was “on it’s way”. After a couple fo weeks, I decided to follow up with them. Their landline number has been re-assigned to another business and the 1300 number is disconnected. Alarm bells were ringing loud, so I sent an email to them asking for an immediate update on the whereabouts of my item and stating I would be contacting Consumers Affairs. I then received a text stating that my purchase had been refunded. There was no explanation. AVOID THIS SITE
