Very Disappointing.... Never again – My two disabled sons have just waited 4 weeks to get a part and have it installed in their Beko Fridge which is 3 years old. Spent in total $420 to supposedly get fixed. Not fixed at all. ADVICE : Highly advise to steer clear of Beko appliances, Spend a couple hundred more and get a reliable brand. $420 is a lot to fork out when on disability pension. Service person advises that fridge may need a new "main circuit", not sure what that will cost for that part. He has offered to waive his labour costs to install this. .
Spacious, budget price, adequate cooling and reliable but a tad too loud – We were looking for bottom mount fridge with budget price and this model fit the bill (sub $700 with Ebay promote code RRP is $785 on Appliance online though). We bought from Appliance Online. Price falled within our budget so it is great.
Beko also gives 5+2 year warranty so that's is for a peace of mind. We called technician out once because we thought compressor was running constantly but it turned out to be just normal. Hence, -1 star as it may seems to be running all the time and the noise is noticeable when in fact it is not because our electric bill is not higher than what we expected.
Also, the handle is in a very odd position. A design flaw I supposed. Annoying but not a hindrance.
Overall happy with the purchase.

All of the Rubber on the door split itself within a month and Beko won't reply to emails or calls to fix it – Logged a warranty case with Beko who lodged it with a local company. The local company can't confirm a time over the phone. They call in the morning and confirm appointment in the evening or next day. What a stupid door design – First things first - the door design. We exchanged it for another fridge as the door opening is at the bottom of the door. For an average sized human it’s annoying to have to bend down to open it. I can’t belive they did that. The fridge is also relatively noisy compared to others. Apart from that it works okay. Perfect – This fridge is great, it keeps your fresh veg and fruit for up to a week keeps them crisp and not mouldy, spacious inside , even the freezer park at the bottom is ldeal , lots of little compartments to stash stuff in, and LED lighting inside, excellent fridge I would recommend this to my friends and family Show details

fridge again and yet hear i am with one in my house yet again. Let's just hope this one lasts for more than 2 weeks.
