This product was very good, but now I have a problem, the start/pause was hit in, and processing only appears as "1", how can I fix it? thanks.
Could someone tell me how old my dishwasher is? It seems to be leaking. We got it when we bought the house. I don't know whether we should replace it or get another one . The model is DSFN 6831. Thank you very much
Good Afternoon Kim Thank you for contacting Beko! You can locate the time the unit was manufactured by looking at the serial number. This is located on the side panel of the door as you open it on a silver sticker. The serial number is 12 digits long and appears as XX-XXXXXX-XX, the first two digits represents the year of manufacture and the last two the month.
Hopefully this helps, however if you need further details, or help trouble shooting your issue, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team on 1300 282 356
Thank you
my dishwasher will drain but will not fill with water
Hi baby bear. It's possible that the dishwasher inlet hose has crimped, moving the dishwasher out a small way and running a wash again can be a good way to check if this is the problem. We also have a dishwasher maintenance video that may also assist you. This can be found on You Tube: external link If you still require help then please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 282 356. Regards Beko
Our dishes are not getting cleaned - it appears that the cycle runs normally, but there is a burning smell during the cycle and I think that the water spinners inside are not working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated?
Would not know, as the machines (yes, plural) that were supplied to me were damaged. I never put any through a full cycle. My probnlem was with a manufacturer who continually supplied a faulty product!
