cleaned. The filter is quite difficult to clean. The seal is worn and I've had to replace all my laundry cabinets because of the machine defects. My parents have a washing machine from 30 years ago that they still use (with a few minor repairs). Why are washing machines not made out of a non-rusting metal like they were in the past? It is a simply thing that you would expect. But for the price, you could buy 2 machines over 10 years rather than 1 non-rusting machine over 10 years. All these issue will be the same regardless of which beko appliance you buy.
Fail customer care service!! – I will absolutely not tolerate purchasing any Beko product from this establishment ever again. If you are unfortunate enough to have bought something from this company and encounter any issues or damages, do not expect any assistance or support from them. I have no intention of helping you. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy anything from this place. Instead, I suggest going to Harvey Norman, where they will gladly replace your item with a new one. Don't even think about purchasing Beko brand. They have absolutely no sense of integrity. Their warranty technicians are utterly useless. They bring in some dodgy technician from India who doesn't know what they're doing. They just want to barge into your place, inspect your belongings, and never provide any assistance. It's unbelievable! I can't believe someone like this would have the audacity to treat people like that. They think they can just play around with our hard-earned money. They fail to understand that people are struggling and rely on that warranty coverage. You pay extra for it on top of the product, mate, so don't waste your precious time dealing with them.
The photographs say it all - within the first couple of months the whole top of the washing machine had completely cracked and needed to be replaced. Then within 12 months the entire front of the machine started to rust and has been getting progressively worse since I don’t live near the water I live in land I have four washing machine machines on my property where there are three houses the Beko is by far the worst. Poor quality no good extended warranty – We bought this washer at Binglee for $540 in 2018 to use for normal 2 loads per week family washing. The door felt off after 24-month factory warranty lapsed. plastic socket are just holes on the outer hard plastic cover that is badly designed to support the heavy weight of the glass door. The plastic cover becomes bristle after a few years, cracked and shattered to pieces due to washing vibration.
It's not possible to replace the outer plastic cover without damaging the silver plastic ring cap, hence the whole door assembly need to be replaced for this model, for the total cost for part and labour of about $320. That is about 60% of the replacement cost. It's so ridiculous, so I contacted Beko extended warranty seeking for covering of the replacement door, and we pay for the labour cost, but they said No.
We bought Beko for 5 years extended warranty but no good in our case. I won't recommend this Beko washer to anyone. You better off paying a few hundred dollars more to get a better brand that could last much longer than 2 years.

service is unacceptable. Already filed complaint with Fair Trading. Fair Trading also very unimpressed with the repair person that beko uses. Beko repair person is very dodgy. No receipt given but very happy to take cash payment and promise to send receipt. LIAR! After so called replacement of brand new curcuit board to fix machine, the machine from then on has been getting noiser and now shakes so violently on the spin cycle, that it moves away from power socket and piston bangs the laundry sink. Very bad after sales service from a dodgy operator. Don't know if Beko still uses him. From my experience so far. Would not recommend Beko. Will never buy Beko brand again.

level across front and front to back. All 4 feet are easily adjustable by hand. 5 year warranty from manufacturer (2 years standard, 3 additional yrs once reg online) does give some piece of mind. Washer is simple to use and very straight forward. Only requires cold tap as washer heats water; heating can be turned off for every wash if desired. Wash cycles are pretty clear, although some seem overly lengthy imo. Detergent dispenser could be better, especially for powder, seems fine for liquid soap. Generally machine seems quiet and smooth, with no issues 6 months in. Loader door could be a bit firmer and opening lock mechanism could be improved as feels flimsy. The one thing I would like Beko to change is the lock-out time when cycle finishes (around 1 minute); if this is needed at all, surely 10-15 seconds would be enough? Day to day clothes etc come out pretty clean with few lint etc issues, although not sure how it will perform on heavily soiled items. Overall good machine and have recommended to others who seem happy as well.

and the machine itself is relatively quite. It also seems to be quite gentle with my clothing and sufficiently rinses out my clothes.
Cons:
The door is made of plastic and as a result, opening and closing it sometimes feels like you're going to snap off the handle. It also has a rubber seal that retains water after each wash. I personally wipe the water away to ensure that it doesn't grow mouldy. I'm not sure if this is something that any other brand has fixed because I know Miele has the same issue.
Overall:
This is a great machine for the price. It was a lot cheaper than the other units out there, and it does the job. It's not the most well known brand, but I'd recommend it to my friends.

I had to get the machine to them. I am approx 90 klms from Launceston. I don't have a vehicle that can transport it and am just a little old age pensioner. So called a repair place in Devonport and they didn't want to have anything to do with Beko warranty work. Not Happy Jan.

bought it! Previously had an Asko and then a Miele. Both machines and the warranty support by their respective companies was very poor compared to Beko.

great washer til it wasn't – I used this washer 4 times a week for the last 3 years. it did a great wash. i mainly used the eco cycle that took 3 hours but really happy with the wash. the shorter 30 min wash did a good job too. Start/pause button – I put the normal assortments of clothing and household linen in my front loader. I’m very happy with how it washes and functions. enough , it gets used 3 times per week! Don't be fooled by the warranty ...will cover parts mostly but have to pay for tech to inspect , and then repair costs so didn't even bother. It doesn't wash the cloths all that well , its loud and the quality is very questionable. There are better machines for similar money,stick to LG or samsung direct drive....parents have had both and lasted 7 years + for both no issues and still going strong.

Worst washers ever – I fix washers. Have done for about 5 years now. Beko washers are basically unfixable with their motor design. When the motors fail, and that’s about the only problem I’ve had to try to fix you’d have to buy a new one and hence not worth it. They’re all quite new that I get hold of. power. He put a one of my rubber mat and said machine shouldn't shatter or leak any more. He said he will bring some rubber legs. He never turned up. The washing machine still shattering, and even when it is not shatters still leaks. My floorboard are going to get ruined because of this. I was so sick and tired contacting them so I gave up. Now im at the point I want to buy a different brand. I honestly, I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. Please contact them and ask them to contact me. great. I wash a range of clothing from sheets and other bedding to woolen winter long sleeve tee's and never have a problem as there are good settings to choose if you want a long or a short cycle. Delicate clothes are just fine in this washing machine.
Only use half the amount of washing powder you normally use as this machine washes well.

out. Grease and oil are easily removed. I like that you can alter water temperature and spin intensity even after you've started a cycle. The only down side is the length of time a cycle takes, but I only use the 'cotton' cycle for the farm clothes and the daily quick for almost everything else. I do about 6 loads of washing per week and am very happy with this machine.

still has soapy water. The other issues are - it goes off balance easily and therefore moves around and bangs into walls and cupboards. It's noisy and well. I'm awaiting the service provider to call back from BEKO to book in another service call.

Problematic, I wouldn't buy Beko again – I bought my machine 4 years ago. Two years ago the motor had to be replaced - they did that under warranty. A well priced washer that’s gets the job done – Okay so I’ve had the washer for 2 years now and has been problem free. It’s extrekely quiet so we can run it even with the toddler napping in a small house. Although I must say we previously had a Bosch front loader which seemed to clean the clothes more efficiently. Poor quality interface – This machine seems to wash clothes OK but its software and interface are poorly designed. Then try to start the next cycle: press the go button maybe four times. It takes a second to start so make sure you haven't pressed the go button twice and it's actually on pause. You need to wait for the sound of water running to be sure.

Thoroughly washes items and quickly.
Distributes the washing powder and detergents well and clothes come out smelling great.
Spin cycle is quiet which is great.
I was also interested in the anti allergy wash cycle and pet hair removal feature which is a bonus.
