Keeps disconnecting – For the first year it worked fine. Good wifi range and speed. It's been just over a year and it disconnects itself from the internet all the time. I am forced to use direct cable into the router, which is not why I wanted a wifi router. I should have saved 30 bucks and bought a modem. Customer service have messed around 3 times and the problem is… Read more

still on going and its the same problem on 2 totally different computers. It's an expensive cable modem

Terrible – This ADSL2+ Modem/Router with wireless was an absolute breeze to set up. It connected the computers in the house to the Internet via both Ethernet (cable) and wireless without problem. Which is why it is such a pity that every single time you try to use it, it locks up and dies. If you are buying this router to browse websites for half an hour a… Read more

day and check your email, it's perfect.

But if you ever want to use the wireless network to copy files, have ever heard of the program called 'bittorrent' (that now accounts for about 75% of consumer internet traffic), or own more than one computer... buy something else.

This router locks up and requires a physical re-boot more often than a computer running Windows 95. Easy to set up, and perfect for stopping paper from blowing away. As soon as you try to use it, it breaks.

Good – It's a good product, easily connects up the three computers in our house-hold with no fuss, the only major problem that would put me off buying belkin in the customer service if there ever was a problem. Had this for over 2 years and it's still running efficiently, connects fast, has a reasonably long range It seems to disconnect sometimes and you… Read more

need to get up and jiggle it around to get it working again. Had one problem with the connection a year ago though and the customer service was appalling, ended up figuring out how to fix it myself after having been jumped from person to person for a few days.

Good – I love it! This product provided my families first wireless experience and it has met all expectations. If you want secure Wlan for a good price this product is for you. Fast connections. Great security options. I use the WEP encryption + I have enabled the Mac address filter only to accept connections from the computers and DS lites I want. It… Read more

even offers the option of specifying when they are allowed to connect etc. Still a current model, still selling. I decided on this product as I needed a new modem plus + wireless router and it is both in one! It was also reasonably priced (I got it cheaper by getting the price knocked down dramatically in the new year sales- but you do this at any time of the year anywhere sales people are paid a commission). My kids are happier now that they do not have to fight for the comp with the net... and so am I! Range is variable and difficult to explain. I can pick it up way out in the front paddock and reasonably well in the back yard, but it cuts in and out in the back bedroom- I have not been able to find any causes for this level of signal interfere.

Excellent – I love this router! I have had it for over two years now, and not had any problems. Belkin seem to make fantastic products. It was easy to set up, it is both WEP, and WPA encryption available, which is good for older wireless adapters which only work on WPA. We currently have numerous laptops on the same connection without any problems… Read more

whatsoever. I would definately recommend this router over many other brands! Easy of use, easy to set up, easy to secure.

OK – I haved used this modem and it was pretty alright. However once I wasnt getting any internet connection and I tried to troubleshoot it and even called my ISP provider who assured me that the ADSL line was working. They had a hard time finding a techinical manual for the modem which I felt Belkin did not updated their website. With the troubleshoot… Read more

we figured it was a modem problem as it worked with another modem, when I called Belikn support, they sort of brush of the fact that the modem was not faulty and it is the ADSL provider. Was kind of disappointed on how they handle problems as in the end it was a modem problem. Advance technology poor service support
