Reliable – We have had this wireless modem router for about 2 years, and I can only recall it dropping out once. It was really easy to set up initially, as well as easy to add new PCs, laptops and smartphones. The signal is good throughout the house and yard. Was a good buy. Reliable, good signal

Waste of money – Worst router I have ever had. After 6 months, dropouts would occur weekly and would take between 30 minutes to 1 hr to restore the connection. Gave it back and bought another brand which is much easier to use and more reliable. Sent it back for repair and it was faulty after only 7 months. Spend the extra money and get a more reliable product Inexpensive Low quality appearance, dropouts, complex interface, lack of reliability

Belkin Surf Modem-Router = Junk – The router worked for three weeks before it died. The most serious problem was the lack of integrity with MAC filtering. Despite having the filtering enabled, unlisted machines could freely access the wireless network. Sometimes the filtering prevented access but most times it was tested, unlisted machines had access. The support service responded with a no-reply email address. So no easy way to respond to the Belkin email meaning the continuity of support was lost and the issue starts from scratch each time. Cheap and quick delivery It failed within three weeks. The MAC filtering was unreliable from the beginning. MAC addresses had to be entered manually rather than the modem listing machines within range. Belkin support service useless.p

So easy to set up! – Having previously bought a D-Link with a power saver that continually dropped ints connections, this was fantastic as a replacement. So easy to set up, simple to install and set up wireless connections. For an 'average' computer user this is great, no complicated jargon, simple, straight forward and worked straight up. A big 'Thumbs Up'! Ease of set up, reliability

I live in a single level 4 bedroom house, this router supplies wireless cover throughout whole house and is located at one end, signal travels through multiple walls to other end of house. Previous routers were both Dlink, don't have model details except the one this replaced had a 'power saving' feature and continually dropped connections, was also far more complicated to set up.
