indeed has the lowest Call-Out fee and hourly rate in ACT area. When the technician showed up, I told him right away that the control panel shows low freon/gas leakage and was expecting him to check the freon level and find the leak immediately, but instead he spent almost 2 hours checking outdoor unit sensors and other parts. When he finally starting to check the freon and leak, he said he had to run for another appointment so we had to re-book, which was fine with me. But in the second visit he showed up 2 hours later and made me cancel the second half of my work day for it! I called Bell-Air front desk and they admitted they messed up my appointment to noon but didn't inform me about it. Anyway, the technician finally came and spent 3.5 hours to refill the freon and replaced a small part on the gas pipe that caused the leak. Overall, they charged me total 6 hours and $1010 for checking the problem and replacing refrigerant.

Few things that I would be appreciated that Bell-Air could do to be more professional for future services, like Be-On-Time as scheduled (or call customer first to confirm the appointment), find a parking first before the appointment, treat the right problem that already been indicated by the system panel, and wear a shoe cover while walking on new carpet.

I don’t want to be too picky about it, but since your company is authorized by Daikin.com, we would hope you could act as a solid business partner and provide a better service. If you could, I would still use your service in the future and recommend to my friends and others.

informed me that roof temperatures were too high and asked if I was OK for the work to continue the next day. I’ve actually rated them highly because of this and here’s why. During the (hopefully) many years of operation a day’s delay will not be missed, but a shoddy install from someone who’s cut corners to meet a deadline would always be noticed. As it transpired, the work was completed during the first half the following day and upon my inspection, admittedly somewhat inexpert, the workmanship appeared top drawer and the system has been working well and quietly.

The customer service representative as mentioned before, Andrea, was a delight to deal with kept me informed on each step of the way. This streamlined what could have been a daunting process. I can highly recommend Bell-Air, Canberra.
