further issues. We expected a basic level of competence and attention to detail, neither of which were delivered. Use this company at your own risk.
Incompetent and less than forthright – Plumber arrived & installed toilet back tank units against wall that were too small. Result was that holes in wall from previous units were exposed. uncertain at the time, I confirmed that this was a false claim. I can only assume it was to save money for plumber and save a second visit on same quote. When I complained the boss told me that they would come correct the problem, but only at my expense. I declined to have them come to my house again at my cost. One of the units was just marginally passable, the other unit looked terrible. I decided to pay them for the one unit.
