STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY – I should have read company reviews before purchasing from this shady company. I ordered three leggings. Two of the three were defective, with non-uniform coloring and wonky seams. After five attempts to reach out to the company, they finally replied and said I had to return the items to China. Ordered 3 months ago – Never received product and they will not issue refund. Their customer email states the same thing over and over "it is still in transit." I ordered end of October and it is now January 2024. Filing a disputed charge with my credit card company now.

Size is way too small and return is expensive – I ordered a pair of xs-m because I am normally wear size 0 in north america. I just opted for 50% partial refund without returning the leggings. However, I have paid 50% for a piece of junk. I am really disappointed.

Very Tight Tights – The idea is really fabulous but the sizing is way way out! I ordered a size larger than I would normally wear just in case but they are sooooo tight, they squash your toes and the crutch hangs down uncomfortably as the tights can’t be stretched up high enough to fit properly. end - No refund. I even had to pay to send the tights back to China which was another waste of money. Don't buy these tights. It's a trap. VERY regretful purchase. Also, the tights were not the ones as advertised on their website. They weren't stretchy at all! They were so tight that it was claustrophobic and probably unhealthy to be honest.

find the answer and they will contact within 3 days. Reply, and they send the exact same email. Ridiculous. Say send an email to support@belleattheball.com to get directions on returning product for a full refund - but they just keep sending the same FAQ Email. I have responded to the emails 4 times and they keep sending the same email back.
