Put the skylight in the wrong place now won't take my calls – The biggest problem is they put the skylight in the wrong place! In response they offered a 10% discount if I wanted an additional skylight but no compensation for sticking a hole where it shouldn't be. Velux Skylight – We had a Velux skylight installed by Belle Skylights in Mornington. The person who did the quote was very professional and I received a written quote from their office the same day. Once I paid the deposit the job was booked and they were on time on the day of installation. Very professional company who offer a quality product.
