Absolutely trash. Do not buy. Do not waste your time. 2x blown up cooktops in 2 weeks. Pathetic company and products.
DO NOT PURCHASE A BELLINI PRODUCT. Both Bellini and BUNNINGS should be ashamed of themselves for selling such shocking appliances. cannot get anyone to fix it. Bunnings wipe their hands of it and tell us we have to contact Bellini. Bellini are no help. Electricians can't help and won't deal with Bellini as they are say you can never get parts. We now have a useless oven that we can't change the temperature on or cook anything in with confidence as we can't manage the heat!!!! Bunnings should be ashamed of themselves. They are STILL selling this product knowing full well they will provide no after service to their customers. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a kitchen or any kitchen appliance through Bunnings, regardless of the brand due to the experience we have had.

package deal from bunnings which included rangehood,cooktop and oven. It’s been installed but as it was a second oven in our property it was never used. When we had it installed it was turned on but elements never checked by electrician. So, assuming all was working. But, after checking in the last few months we found that two elements ain’t working. Unfortunately,as it is out of warranty Bellini wont help. Frustrating to say the least as these are brand new appliances never used. I have dealt with a few companies which always give a result. Either full replacement or even sent parts. Bellini unfortunately ain’t very accommodating so Buyers beware. A Technician explained that alot of companies now are using cheaper parts or cheaper labour and the end result is less warranty times and products not lasting as long. I remember the days when I had a F&P fridge that lasted over 14yrs no issues but today your lucky to see 3-4yrs. What’s more disappointing is that Bunnings supplies their appliances. Which, I will be in contact with regarding our situation.

Bellini 45cm dishwasher just out of warranty - coming up with error codes constantly - according to tech. electronics are completely gone - contacted Bellini - no help whatsoever - we tried to explain the case of 'fair & reasonable usage', as it is used infrequently in our B&B - consultant hung up - never again Bellini!

Bad choice to start with, worked well for 1.5 year than cracked in pipe under the cook top. Gas leaking was found and reported to warranty claim team, no urgency in resolving this issue. Warranty was for 3 years but they got all excuses to not help the customers. Where they would think in this cost of living crisis customer would wait for days and week to hear resolution on warranty claim.
New product that developed a crack 3 mnths after installation. Product not at fault – Excellent product and service. Crack was due to over tightening of retaining brackets by the installer causing stresses to the surface of the ceramic in turn due to short screws supplied with the cook top. Bellini Office/Sales people could not have been more helpful in sorting the problem for us.
90cm Black oven – We were unfortunately giving the Belling oven as an upgrade in our build it had to replace before we even got the keys to our house and then dies within the first week of us living in the house. So has been replaced twice and repaired a couple of times. We currently haven't had an oven for over 3 Months ( we are a family of 5) and still waiting on… Read more
parts to fix the oven. Each time the oven dies we have to wait months to get fix. Oven has been not working long then it's been working. Terrible product would not buy again, Do not buy!!! Probably get a better oven from ALDI.
One broken, two incorrectly showing error & turn off – BPI2100 hot plate: I am on my 3rd of these; I thought I was just unlucky but this is pretty bad. One of them stopped working completely after 10 times usage. No longer switches on. The others keep displaying the E2 code (internal overheat) constantly even though I use the correct cookware & have no problems with any electrical issues. Will not buy a 4th!! Waiting weeks for an answer for warranty claim – Bunnings sent me straight to Bellini when my dishwasher started falling apart. Been waiting several weeks now for an answer from Bellini warranty department. Still no word. Update: In the end we were Months without a dishwasher. I left a politely worded negative review on the Bunnings platform which Bunnings said did not meet their guidelines and they removed it without further explanation. Show details
No customer service – My bellini oven touch pad is unresponsive. I called the technical support and was informed that they would call me back. They did not. However, after reading reviews about my oven (very bad) I decided I would replace it with an Australian made product.
Talk the talk but don’t walk the walk – After initial contact we waited 2weeks for parts to arrive then a further 8 days for the technician to call. Tech said there were other problems with the machine and it would be replaced/refunded. Head office decided more parts were needed instead. Parts took a further 2weeks to arrive now the technician is still 2weeks away. 7 weeks and counting. Offshore call centre unhelpful. Show details

company that they no longer had a repair man in the area no more and was going to apply for a new one which took another month so now 3 months in still no repair or replacement or refund another month went by and i finally received my new dish washer but had to wait a further 2 weeks for delivery sobtotal 4.5 months i think in this day and age that is far to long and the company just constantly gave me the run around and making excuses they didnt even offer a new warranty for the new unit just the remainder of the old warranty
Rubbish oven – Bought a 90cm fan forced oven from Bunnings. It worked poorly for a year then died. I have been waiting 6 weeks for warranty repair - still waiting. Service guys (not Bunnings) are a joke. Pay a few extra dollars - you will have to replace it soon. Show details

Very Disappointing warranty support – I experienced very quick process of applying for a warranty claim on an appliance. I was contacted within 24 hour. Unfortunately this is where the support ended. Amazing service – Upon ringing Bellini service centre I was honesty surprised at the friendliness and and prompt way they handled my problem. My oven was paying up...making noise...but out of warranty by a couple of weeks...they sent a service agent out the next day...and fixed it quickly ...they did not charge me...did it under goodwill ... the lovely… Read more

my Bellini purchase was a big mistake – I purchased the dishwasher and it functioned very well - for 3 months. Bellini have not honoured the warranty - now into the sixth month since purchase and there has been no repair, no replacement and no refund. Their repeated promises have never eventuated. I would never recommend, much less buy, a Bellini product ever again.
Worst dishwasher I've ever had. Customer service is disgusting – 1st dishwasher broke down after 2 years & the replacement broke down 1 year later with the same problem " A fried mother board ". Ring customer service well its to bad your new machine comes under the original machine warranty so we're sorry you only get 3 years on 1st machine not replacement. Far from good – The service of belleni îs very poor to say the lest. Will never buy a belleni producț. Will be taking belleni to court as their product does not work and haș never worked since installation in a new kitchen and there îs n-o end in site as to a positive outcome.
Terrible poor rusty no quality. So upset – Purchased the Bellini curved glass range hood 90cm from Bunnings. Installed into a new kichen then wiped clean with Windex. drop this dishwasher off at a repairer. turns out the nearest authorised repairer was only 80km away. They had no idea what they were doing! Even the repairer was frustrated with Bellini's poor service and lack of knowledge. They are based in Brisbane and the guy I spoke to didn't even know where Canberra was! I told him that was my nearest city, he couldn't even pronounce it.
I have multiple emails from various people at Bellini's warranty department. There seems to be a lack of communication within their department. I had to fill in forms more than once, kept getting palmed off to others when they didn't seem to understand my enquiries as to when a refund will be processed.
It has taken almost 7 weeks from my initial contact with Bellini and I still don't have a refund! I will never buy one of their products again and god forbid ever need to deal with this company again! Forget it!
Poor quality dishwasher – Bellini dishwasher broke down while under warranty. After 10 days still no repair person. So sorry I bought it. Never again
No spare parts for dishwasher – Our dishwasher (BDW107X), ran well until the lower arm and filter both broke and because Bellini have discontinued this model and changed the design in newer models they can not offer us any spare parts according to Bunnings Special Orders. Bellini slideout rangehood – I recently purchased a Bellini slideout Rangehood 60cm from Bunnings which was $98. First of all, it's very noisy secondly it's bit hard to install in cabinet as the screws are very small and 6 of them which is lot more than other range hood, even the one we had Westing house .
