Had this unit for about 4 years now. nothing but problems from the start. continually turns on and off. all of it regularly cleaned, but has never stopped the dramas with it. Finally today, a noise when on, sounds like the engine itself, burning smell and turning itself off. checked everything, can't find a problem but I'm just a housewife. would never buy again. too many problems with this unit from the beginning Show details

Perfect for about the 1st 6 months – They are Awesome when brand new this is my second one but find after about 12 months they overheat & shut down even with clean filters which is a shame as suction wise as good as a Dyson without the price tag. Show details

Writing this review sucked more than the vacuum – If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This vacuum shaped waste of plastic couldn't suck it's way out of a wet paper bag. refund but im concerned that if I went in-store to ask I'd also end up asking for reimbursement for the therapy my son is going to need after observing his mumma pull an exorcist re-enactment in the living room after running over a piece of cotton 4 times and not having it move..

Don't do it. If you're looking at these reviews to see if it's worth buying, do yourself a favour and just rip up your carpet and put in tiles. Buy some warm socks and booze!

New Update: The suction issue has been rectified... it's not the machine at all, it was human error when replacing the filter. You need to be really careful to put the filter in correctly because the Suction gets Greatly affected if you put it in the wrong way like someone in my household did. You need to make sure sure after cleaning and replacing the filter on the top of the barrel you put it back with the black foam facing down and the white web looking section facing up... I corrected this issue and now the machine works like now... No suction issue and back working to when it was new.

Great suction, lots of accessories, easy to use – I finf this vaccum to be efficient, lots of accessories like the nozzles to get into small spaces and corners. Easy to unclip barrel to empty the rubbish. Great suction..Lightweight but sturdy..Recommend this for small units and apartments. Bought from Target.

Powerful Vacuum – Purchased this vacuum last year after blowing up multiple cheap brands from Kmart. It has a powerful suction and is easy to use. Only downside I found was it’s a heavy product and my wrists would be quite sore after use. Will probably repurchase this model if I ever manage to destroy my current model. Show details

Great Vacuum Cleaner and easy to use with a lot of options – This vacuum has great suction with very less noise which comes with alot of tools to make sure that you are covered for every need. I am really liking this vacuum cleaner. Highly recommended.
