last a single wash. The collar goes weird and the whole shirt loses its shape. I have tried it with 4 shirts now. Each as disappointing as the last. Insane when you are sometimes paying upwards of $70 a t-shirt… In their attempt to save a few bucks and increase their profit margins, they’ve killed an icon. Would be surprised if the brand is still on shelves in 12 months time.

Poor Quality! Not recommended – Poor quality. Husband bought polo shirts and it was washed once it arrived home, however the colour stain on its own collar and the arm collar (which was supposed to be white) and even after a lot of washes, it still stains. We have given up trying to fix it as no matter how many times we have washed it, the water is still dye coloured. The old version of Ben Sherman has much better quality.

Nothing like they used to be – My recent purchases of Ben Sherman shirts have been pretty disappointing. Apart from being poorly made from much cheaper materials they also have lost their nice fit. Considering their price point I would expect the quality to be closer to what is was back in the 1980’s. They were considered a fine shirt back then. Times have changed though. Show details

Does customer service exist? – Purchased clothing from the online store, did not receive goods, reached out to customer service and they told me it had been delivered, the fact I’m not wearing the clothes would suggest otherwise. Reached out again to let them know it wasn’t the case and have been ignored since. Based on customer service being one of the main reason customers return to a company to buy goods I would suggest don’t bother and save yourself the loss!

No help from the company – As soon as I hit submit with Apple Pay I realized that it defaulted to my old address. Immediately sent Ben Sherman an email. Their reply- so sad too bad, sort it out with AusPost not out problem despite it not having been dispatched yet.

Terrible fabrics quality – Great design but terrible quality! Trousers cost me over $200 and lost their shape and discoloured after just a couple of uses - already in the bin.. Won't buy this brand again

Poor quality and after sales service – I used think this was quality clothing till a hole appeared on the label line of a T Shirt after twelve months. Great attitude Ben Sherman Pty Ltd you have certainly lost a customer who used to regularly purchase your clothing line.

Return policy is very bad – We bought 9 products from them (online). They came but all of them were in different sizes. We called the store in Chadstone and they told us to go there (we live in hadfield- 1 hour drive). When we managed to find the store they told us that we can't do anything because we used paypal. they don't have the same product at the store. Quality of Online products us much worse than the store ones. Now we have to ship them and still getting the money back is a problem. I would never ever buy from them.

Awful Company – I bought a Ben Sherman suit and and in three months the color ran off one of the lapels because poor quality dye was used. Ben Sherman will not do anything to rectify the issue. Terrible customer service!!!

Top value – Good quality underwear with a good value. They are comfortable and cool to wear,, fashionable and very cheap. Will stay the same after over 50 washings and they never fade. I personally like them

Terrible Customer Service – I have placed a successful online order from their website, after 3 full working days passed they sent email that they are unable to fulfill the order. It should not be available online if they don't have stock.

Great quality and customer service – I purchased a Harrington Jacket from the Sydney based Store. The staff there helped me identify which size was suitable for my body. At first I chose a smaller size but in the end I listened to their advice and it was worth it! The knowledge that they have and their active support was great! The Jacket itself is fly and i like it. Great store and brand.

great shape until it was washed – I bought two shirts and was so excited when i tried them both on and they fit perfectly. But after washing them following the care instructions methodically they have lost shape and now are too long and look too big. Shame on you Ben Sherman!

Discrepancy in sizing within onE product range – I bought two identical men's short sleeved shirts Ben Sherman on line for my husband, one blue and one white, same style shirt, same size Identical but for colour. The blue shirt fit perfectly with room to spare but the White shirt did not even meet in front with a large gap! Was it labeled wrong? Or was it just Poor quality assurance. Be wary that the size on the shirt may not mean it's that size.

Pockets in Ben Sherman jeans fall apart – I bought a pair of Chinese made Ben Sherman jeans a few years ago and they have had light use. They are dark blue denim jeans with coloured fly buttons and Ben Sherman target patterns on the pocket linings. The denim is in excellent condition with no holes and good blue colour. disappointingly poor quality fabric. There was a hole in the right pocket where the fabric had worn through even though I usually keep this pocket empty and only carry coins when they are given as change. After patching this with an iron on patch I noticed that the left pocket was falling apart just below the inside top edge of the pocket. I normally carry my phone in this pocket so the action of putting my hand in and out of the pocket to access my phone had worn through about 70mm of the pocket lining fabric just below the top of the pocket.

Ben Sherman is sold as a premium brand so it is very disappointing to see the poor quality of material that they are using for their pocket lining. The pockets on jeans should outlast the denim. Good fit and appearance. Quality denim. Low quality fancy printed fabric in pockets. Jeans are useless when pockets fall apart.

Declining Quality – For many years I have been huge fan of Ben Sherman clothing and this can be attributed to two factors. Style and Quality. their garments in third world countries and to my utter disappointment, have lost that long-lasting quality, which made Ben Sherman, such a great product.

In fact, the last few Shirts and T-Shirts I have purchased have literally, fallen to bits after a couple of cold washes. After the first wash, the overal shape is completely lost. Parts of the garment appear to stretch and shrink, rendering it misshapen and ugly.

The next wash begins to fade the colours and collars begin to warp and curl.

What frustrates me about Ben Sherman, is that they are a costly purchase and for that, one would expect quality as well as great styling.

Ben Sherman have lost the quality element of their product and in doing so, lost me as a loyal customer.

It is sad to say, but the cheap knock offs one can buy from Thailand or Bali, are probably of better quality than the rubbish being churned out by Ben Sherman nowadays and that should be of great concern to the Ben Sherman Clothing Company. Look great Appalling Quality
