I honestly didn’t expect to love the Beni Bed as much as I do. From the moment we unrolled it, it felt incredibly soft and supportive like laying on a cloud. It’s nothing like those uncomfortable air mattresses or thin floor mats. It actually feels like a proper bed, but with the flexibility of a roll-out design.

The quality is amazing. The organic cotton covers feel beautiful on the skin, and you can really tell the materials are thoughtfully chosen. I also love that the covers are machine washable, which makes it perfect for everyday life with kids or guests.

What surprised me the most is how versatile it is. We’ve used it for movie nights, sleepovers, relaxing in the sun, and even as a cozy reading spot in the living room. It rolls up easily and stores away without taking up space, which is such a win compared to bulky spare beds.

Everyone who tries it comments on how comfortable it is. Guests actually sleep well on it, and the kids fight over who gets to use it for sleepovers. It feels like one of those products that instantly makes your home feel warmer and more relaxed.

If you’re thinking about getting one do it. It’s one of the most beautiful and practical pieces we’ve added to our home. I’ll definitely be buying another!

Steer Clear of this company. I was very impressed by their BeniBeds and decided to purchase one. I then ordered a separate cover to have as a back up while I washed the original. The cover arrived before the original order of the bed. I was told what I ordered was out of stock but they could supply me with another with a different cover. The cover they suggested I didn't like and the date the restock of what I ordered was the day we were communicating so I said I would hold off until the restock. Time went by and still no BeniBed arrived. I contacted again only to be told that what they suggested as a replacement was shipped and had been delivered. I contested this as I had nothing but the second cover I had ordered. Days went by and finally they admitted that there was an issue and it was being fixed. I was told it was being prepared to ship on one occasion, then it had shipped on another and then again being prepared. Never did anything ever arrive. I threatened going to the tribunal but they didn't seem to elicit a positive response so I thought I had no alternative but to do this so I did. Low and behold as soon as I did they offered a refund and it was basically immediately. That refund is still yet to arrive but it "looks" to be on it way.

Based on my negative interactions with Beni Fabrics I put up a review on Instagram where I found them only for it to look as though they have blocked me on there and the review cant be seen. I then went to their website and sure enough, while the review was posted it has been removed. So I have come here where hopefully an honest reflection on a users' experience can be made and sustained.

By all means shop with them but be ready for a less than ideal situation if anything goes wrong.

Just wanted to add to my review that my refund did come through, it was just delayed by using the Shop App and why I said it "looks" to be coming through as they warned me one was on the way.

Having said that, after Beni Fabrics agreed to the refund and return of the additional cover and to pay me shipping costs incurred. I spent days waiting for them and then hours arguing via email with them about a second shipment I had to send back. After the refund was issued and the product was not suppose to be coming, they shipped me another cover for no reason I had to return at my cost. It was this that took days to get a response and only threatening going back to the tribunal got them to respond to me. I then spent hours via email making them understand what they had done as they just didn't seem to get they unnecessarily sent me a cover I had to return again at my cost and I wanted reimbursement for this. I got it after hours of wasted time.

A note also about Sarah's positive post. Nobody is questioning the quality of the product and its usefulness. What is in question is the way this company does business. You need to ask yourself, do I want this amount of hassles if something goes wrong? Additionally, its interesting that this positive post went up just after I notified them that I had made a negative post on this website. I wanted them to understand they can censor their sites but the truth needs to be out there somewhere where they cant censor. Maybe its co-incidental it went up just after I notified them or maybe the company is trying to dilute the negative review with a positive one.
