Worst online shopping experience ever!! – Bought a baby monitor in March, still haven't received it. Sent several emails trying to find out what was going on with my order Best Baby have not replied to any of them. If i could give this review no stars i would id rate best baby to be a lot worse than terrible, after my experience with them i actually highly doubt they are even a real store think its just a scam. Don't shop here they just take your money
Fast Delivery – I ordered a Safe n Sound car seat with Best Baby. This was my second order I placed, as the first order (which was for Manchester) came within 3 weeks. Couldn't be happier – Ordered a highchair as it was a great price and couldn't get it that cheap anywhere else. Money did come out that night, got a confirmation email, it wasn't in stock so got another email. own two different stores, so long as I got my product alls good. Everyone has their own different experience I suppose :) Great prices, good communications. Highchair was in perfect condition as I would have expected from a store anyway.
Do not shop here!! – Purchased an 'in stock' item in November 2012, followed up relentlessly via email until we were advised in March 2013 that they can't supply... Three weeks before my baby is due so now I'm left with nothing. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Save yourself the heartache, do not shop here. Bad service, difficult to deal with, impossible to contact... Ordered in November, Wont get until March!
Took our money and won't respond to emails – We placed an order on Feb 5th, they took the card payment on the same day, so I assumed it would be shipped shortly. Two weeks passed and still nothing showing , even after two emails to them which remained unanswered. 1. take payment before shipping
2. do not respond to emails
3. have a disconnected phone number
4. cannot give reasonable shipping dates. pretty site horrible communication, take payment before shipping goods
