Outstanding Customer Service – Initially had purchased a KChlor 15g Chlorinator on 12/12/23 from Best Pool Chlorinators ,Qld . At the time of installation, it was discovered that the chlorinator was below capacity for the size of pool ( 50,000l).And so had to swap for a 30g of higher capacity.When this was brought to the attention of John at BP Chlorinators, his service was outstanding in resolving the issue. From the start, he was prompt in returning calls,giving product advice.Also,he was so courteous and helpful and that good old fashioned service is rare these days. Will not hesitate recommending Best Pool Chlorinators.Thanks John.
