ZERO STAR RATING – Is this even a legimate business. I ordered 6 weeks ago. i am yet to receive the order. i have emailed many times firstly to ask for tracking details then to ask for a refund. I have recieved one reply telling that its unusual and they would reach out to the team to find out what was going on. That was over a week ago. I am now requesting a refund but no response. ZERO STAR RATING.

Not honest reviews – Bought an ant farm. Instructions were not useful at all ! Could have rated better although $79 was ridiculous also. And slow delivery . All reviews on their site were over the top positive, which I'm sure are not true.

Appalling buisness practices and products DO NOT BUY FROM THEM – Ordered 2 ant farms both had incorrect and faulty pieces with no instructions. I reached out at first to get instructions not knowing the product was wrong at this stage. After a week and 3 emails of the incorrect details I finally got instructions how to put together. recieved and they told me they would refund me 10% of what I paid or I could pay to postage it back for a replacement. I said this was unacceptable as it was faulty and I wanted a refund they then proceeded to tell me if I paid to post it back they would refund me. They also told me there was nothing wrong with it even though I sent photos of numerous pieces either missing, incorrect or bits missing the holes to actually put screws through. They said they understand my frustration in trying to assemble it but that it wasnt faulty. A company that sends faulty products with missing pieces and expects you to be out of pocket to get a refund and at the same time insults you saying it is just you that cant put it together. Its not possible to put a product together without all the pieces and pieces clearly meant to be for something else and not that product. This company should be shut down.

Delays shipping, no tracking and poor communication – I purchased a gift on 28/09 and received an email stating “ Usually it takes between 2-3 business days order to leave warehouse so expect to hear soon from us soon. happening as I hadn’t heard anything. I was later told they’d notify when shipped. As this was a gift I’d have never bought had I known it could take this long to ship the items. Last week I was told the item has been shipped but I’ve not yet recorded a tracking number when I requested this. Feels like this is a third party seller who shops from overseas via an Australian website. I’ve had to but a second gift from another retailer and s as m still awaiting any responses for tracking and it is now over 21 days. I would never buy from this store again.

Took some time but they were honest and reliable – Ordered a fidget spinner, received the wrong model, sent 2 emails over 2 weeks and got no respond. I submitted the above review, got a response from them after 20 days. They offered to send me the correct fidget spinner at no extra cost. Received the toy after 10 days or so, my son is now very happy because not only did he get the one he wanted, he also got to keep the other one besttoystore sent incorrectly.
