Batteries bought "12ah" 18v. Advertised (still) with a 10 year warranty! ebay notified, but found the claims to not go against their policy. Batteries would not power a Milwaukee 18v compressor, and were downgraded to occasional use on a blower, where they would run for 4-5 seconds before cutting out. For real. except ebay for these sellers, and they ignore warranty claims. Advice based on my experience and their failure to reply to warranty requests = avoid imho.
These are scammers who claim they provide 10 years warranty on Dyson batteries but good luck getting in touch to make the claim. Totally unresponsive and eBay is unwilling to do anything about it as well. Reported both the seller and eBay to ACCC as this is now basically a scam operation. Show details
Absolutely dodgy fake batteries. They don’t respond after the battery fails. The 10 year warranty is rubbish DO NOT BUY from these crooks!

Very bad product, I reported faulty battery just after 2 months, they admitted to send me replacement one, after they realize I couldn't leave feedback anymore, they didn't resend anything, and wouldn't even reply my message anymore. Contacted ebay customer service, service team said they can't do anything about warranty claim, as it's over 60 days return window, not much ebay can do. Very shifty seller. DO NOT USE THEM !!! bestbatterytec eBay seller of poor quality products and Zero consumer responsiveness – I purchased a battery from these guys on eBay. the battery was faulty and despite reporting to be a 9AH Ryobi battery, it had less charge than the original and degraded 4AH battery it was to replace. them they didn't respond. It was no coincidence they led me on until I'd missed the dispute resolution window by Ebay and I didn't rate them in eBay. Very dodgy. the battery reports to have more than twice the capacity but weighs less than half.
