Fortunately, Australian officials only confiscated the goods and destroyed them as biosecurity paperwork was not attached by Bestseedsonline. When I advised Bestseedsonline they offered a 30% refund - I negotiated a 50% refund which they agreed to and did pay me through PayPal. So, I appear to have fared better than most. In brief, aside from wasting your time and money this could have serious unintended consequences that you never planned on.

Hi I bought the seeds in Feb 2025, till then march they were showing the update of postage and nearly first week of April they stop and no reply for email. Because of I paid through the PayPal I got refund, please don't buy anything from them that site is a scam.

It a scammed website. I tried to get a refund, but never complet it. On one message, he told me it will take 50 days to receive it. But finaly everything are [Content Removed] and i'm not able to get the refund. I will need to open a claim.

Dont purchase bestseeds online – Beware, suppliers from china. Took additional funds unauthorised from debit card purchase. Seeds were apparently despatched but destroyed at Australian border control due to unknown identification/nature of seeds. Email response was a standard form that order had been despatched and didn't acknowledge complaint
