Worst customer experience I've experienced in decades – The price we were quoted when booking the job differed from the price the technician gave us on the day. They demand payment immediately via bank transfer or wouldn't leave the property unless payment was made. Their customer service department can only be reached via email address. I tried calling and was hung up multiple times when mentioning I wanted to speak to someone about customer service.

Avoid at all costs – Overcharging in the hundreds for a very substandard service. Staff become threatening and intimidating if you question pricing and refuse to pay. They wait until they’re onsite before quoting the price and this is us they catch people off guard. Avoid at all costs or you’ll regret it.

SCAM. DO NOT USE – Absolute scam of a company. Charged me $500 to bait my house for mice. Still have mice, tried to call to get them to come back out or for a refund. Weeks have gone by, no one has come out and I have not received a refund. The people that came out did not seem qualified for the job. Other company’s charge $300 for this service. Do not use be sure pest removal. The invoice I was given was for a maintenance company, did not state ‘be sure’

me to send an email to complain to the complaints team. 24 hours, no response, so I called to speak with a supervisor as the mess needed to be cleaned. They kept saying someone would call me back and they didn't. After 5 days I had enough and demanded to speak with the owner of the business. This was refused. I called fair trading by which they coached me in how to send a letter of demand asking them to clean what was reasonable or to give a refund to cover costs of the clean up Again. I was ignored. I called again and they hung up on me 3 times. I finally got a hold of the most aggressive man who not only told me to ' shut up ' 5 times, he said that they owe me nothing and that he knew better about what mess is left behind and that I knew nothing, he then added in that he felt sorry for my family. Speaking to customers like this is appalling!! I have been getting pest control as part of my leasing requirements for over 20 years and never in my life have I ever had the kind of mess left behind nor have I ever been spoken to like this. After some backwards and forwards over the phone for over a week, they said that they would pay 30% refund and that cleaning would cost me $200 for them to clean. So admitting that there was a mess worth $200 to clean.. They have not come to the party. They didn't refund me and they won't respond to my emails or calls to do what they said. It is now past the date where they can come and clean as I had to pay a third party to clean it and hand the keys back to my real estate at the end of my lease. I keep my homes clean and always get my bond back. This company made it their mission to try and sabotage this by offering to charge for cleaning, admitting liability. I could continue to take this further, but fair work and fair trading have them in their sights now and it's just a matter of time before they are such down for their dodgy business practices.

Day light robbery – I organised for a small wasp nest to be removed. Quoted $180 for spraying, removing of the very small nest and spraying the whole area. wasps. Left them dead there and threw the wasp nest in my neighbour’s property next to my fence !!!! Unbelievable. Then wanted more money kept harassing me including GST however refused to give a receipt.

Don’t fall for the glossy website. Run by scammers who have no idea what they are doing. Contacted customer service. Just even Ruder. Appauling in every way.

Great job protecting my home from bugs and rodents – I work for a pest control company and I can't say enough about our services. We have an outstanding department that guarantees customer satisfaction and we take care of pests in a timely manner. It is always nice to know that customers are satisfied with the service they are getting.

Perfect Pest Control Service – I was looking for a pest control company in my area, and I stumbled on the logo. I called them to set up an appointment and they were very professional and courteous. The technician arrived at my home right on time, did an inspection, and gave me a quote. The quote was more than fair and the service was impeccable. I will be using them every month from now on.

pay a cancel fee which is ridiculous. Was not advised of this policy and absolutely refused. Customer service called back on different number and began harassing me, demanding payment. Hung up and blocked number. Terrible service, DO NOT USE.

fabrication. I paid $390 for rat removal and I still have them! They mention effective products with the best result on the website-it's a big sales pitch. They really have little care once you have paid them the money. There are many better services out there than this glossy business that just lines its pockets.

bait in a locked container under my parent kitchen sink. The invoice wasn't from the company I phoned Besure Pest Control it was a maintenance company/odd job person who from my opinion was not qualified to be doing pest control. My partner phoned Besure and requested the registration number of the pest controller and Besure would not supply this. By law they have provided a service and should provide any qualified workers details when requested. They take advantage of people financially for minimal effort. This company doesn't warrant 1 star. Beware and take your business elsewhere. This is the type of company you see on A Current Affair.

dripped onto kitchen benches and into my clothes basket in the bedroom. He did not ask me to leave the house. When I pressed him on the product he was using and its safety (my partner is asthmatic), he said "It's strong". He then charged me an extra $100 over the quoted price ($400 in total) The ants are worse than ever. When I made my initial complaint, I was assured I would be contacted by the complaints department before the end of the day. I wasn't. I tried again multiple times over several days and no-one ever called me back. I called CAV. Once I had explained I had contacted CAV, I then got a call back. They simply offered to send the same guy out to do the job again. I demanded a refund as the work was not carried out in a safe and thorough manner. I did not receive a refund. I have since had another business attend to the issue - half the price, professional, safe and thorough.
