Worst experience ever – Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Took our money and then stopped communicating with us. Our delivery was delayed by 4 months without any communication unless we asked for updates. delivery attempts for ever to thing to arrive. Always excuses about how it’s not their fault. We opened it up so the electrician could connect and the screws holding the pipes in place were all broken, the heat pump leaks and they refused to take it as a warranty claim saying it was us.

to the incorrect one and changed their words!!! Now saying it’s the correct cover Supplied cover lifter that is not fit for purpose and would never work on the spa. Made the cover flipped back over me and caused physical injury to me. They can’t care less about this. Tried to escalate to head office. They respond to every third email. Lie without hesitation and ignore hard evidence! I’ve never come across business like this. Makes me think this is their business model. The level of dishonesty, blunt lies and absolute lack of care for customer is appalling. I’m taking formal action against them.

TRUST FACTOR 0-10 – DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS....purchased a spa from [Name Removed] who then made up the deposit/contract for a cheaper version of the spa we wanted.
