Worst phone company Ive ever dealt with. Over 45 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone. It doesn’t tell you if you’re next in the cue. They send you the SIM card without a pin so good luck trying to open your phone and insert it. And this is supposed to be for disadvantaged Australians? Terrible. Show details

Refreshingly good – I’ve been with BLM on and off for years. Just today I was reminded why I connected with them in the first place. I mean, they were recommended but these days that means little. My own experience counts. My own experience with them continues to be my motivation. Arrogant telco – Been with them a few years. They seem to have issues with keeping account of one's CC details. Gave it to them twice and they did it again. Had to repeat my details several times. This is a great telco – I bought the seniors plan for my Mum - who has superfast wifi at home and didn't need the data. The service was great, the porting over was easy and it is amazing value for money. Would highly recommend! Show details
