Worst phone company Ive ever dealt with. Over 45 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone. It doesn’t tell you if you’re next in the cue. They send you the SIM card without a pin so good luck trying to open your phone and insert it. And this is supposed to be for disadvantaged Australians? Terrible. Show details

Refreshingly good – I’ve been with BLM on and off for years. Just today I was reminded why I connected with them in the first place. I mean, they were recommended but these days that means little. My own experience counts. My own experience with them continues to be my motivation. Arrogant telco – Been with them a few years. They seem to have issues with keeping account of one's CC details. Gave it to them twice and they did it again. Had to repeat my details several times. When you confront them about it they get annoyed and don't seem to know what happened. Poor accountability. And then they rudely argue the point with you when you get… Read more
frustrated. Last year-- they also charged me twice in one month. Another mistake! Clean up your act....better life mobile ! No customer service on weekends either. There are better ones around than this mob.
This is a great telco – I bought the seniors plan for my Mum - who has superfast wifi at home and didn't need the data. The service was great, the porting over was easy and it is amazing value for money. Would highly recommend! Show details
SERVICE IS LOUSY – Been with this organization for many years it has gone from having great service to now nearly hopeless its a case of getting bigger does not equate to better service. I think I'll have to find another provider. Show details

Excellent service! 100% Australian customer service team, highly recommend – Excellent customer service. Very reliable mobile phone service at a great price (uses Telstra network). They increase data allowances automatically for no extra cost. 100% Australian customer service. I'm very happy with them and highly recommend.
