Was having some problems setting up my modem for Voip.
Connected to the the live chat and MARY helped me out, walking me through the process step by step and troubleshooting things I got stuck on.

Had Harnie help me with ending my account as I am moving overseas. Super helpful and supportive, stepping me through each section. Also helped with the understanding of being able to reactivate my account as long as it being within a specific time frame which has greatly helped me with the knowledge that I will be able to stay with Spintel and keep my phone number. WhatsApp customer service
I do not like that you can’t just pick up the phone to call Spintel when you have a question it takes long minutes to get through to them if you’re lucky. However the WhatsApp customer service is good. I texted with Harnie and she was very polite and solved my problem with simcard activation very well.

Very supportive and assisted setup to SPintel
Carol assisted in getting me connected to Spintel with my BYO router. She was extremely patient and helpful. Appreciate all the effort and help. My experience with Spintel definitely started pretty well!
