Lei was amazing, so professional and courteous and best of all she was patient with me. Lei clearly explained everything and left no stone unturned. to make phone calls. Dial a number and nothing until the "call" disconnects. On the odd occasion a fleeting message that the system could not connect the call. I have a dual sim phone. No problem with the other (Telstra) backbone sim. Eventually, I realized I should contact my other supplier (Yomojo). I did so and connected with Michael. He was quick to remind me of that oldest of solutions for recalcitrant electronic devices . . . Switch it off, extract the sim and give it a bit of a wipe with a clean microfibre cloth, while he reset my phone from his end . . . Apart from the time it took me to find something small enough to eject the card, as soon as I restarted my phone, he was there to say that my phone had successfully been reset and sure enough it was . . . One extremely happy customer and a lot of catch-up calls and here I am to report that Michael was extremely polite, proficient and professional. It's why I have stayed with Yomojo since Kogan became Yatango and then morphed into Yomojo . . . In over 13 years this is the first problem I have had with this provider and as the malfunction was widespread amongst cell phones, it was likely caused by a radiation burst from the sun . . . Nevertheless, Michael's expertise was above and beyond and he gets my highest recommendation for his rapid profesionalism. Well done Michael . . .

I was having serious trouble with my account not topping up automatically and I was unable to login to the app via my phone. I sent an complaint email and I was very impressed with the response. Alex first apologized and acknowledged my frustration and then too action! A few emails later my issue was resolved and my trust was restored. Show reply
Follow-up · I am happy to report that my phone recently did a successful automatic top up and my log in trouble was because I used an upper case letter on my email address. I did suggest they make that requirement very clear because it seems little unusual to me. All good now.

I used to feel anxious contacting Telstra support because it was always such a painful experience. With Yomojo, it’s the complete opposite. Honestly, I was ready to leave Yomojo a bad review, but Haydee completely saved this experience. I also realised that some of the emails I received previously were actually replied to by Haydee, and her responses were clearly much more thoughtful and attentive than those of other customer service representatives. communication issues within Yomojo’s support team, which is what led to this whole confusing situation in the first place.
Because of that, my activation experience this time was extremely frustrating and helpless. I won’t go into all the details now as the issue has finally been resolved. I had even told myself that if I kept getting repeated, unhelpful replies or no response at all, I would definitely leave a negative review. Thankfully, I made that phone call in time and didn’t have to let things end on a bad note.
I am truly, truly grateful to Haydee — all the positive score is for her alone. She is without a doubt the best customer service representative in the world. Yomojo is very lucky to have her!

seems to be stuck on a loop when I select option 4 for "other".
I was trying to ask about banked data which the chatbot told me was not something they currently offer (Apr-2026), but I subsequently saw that it is something they have with their postpaid plans (according to their plan information). So who knows what it is....one thing I do know is that I'm not going to go with a company that has such poor customer support.
Haydee was an amazing Customer service person who helped in resolving, however i am dissatisfied with Yomojo company as i had terrible experience in receiving the sims and then also being charged for sims i did not receive.

Whereas their email support is annoying and they require countless identity proofs when replying to their own emails, their phone support is very good. I was talking to Lei and she reinstated my account in seconds, after it was suspended due to non-payment following error in their system.
