Bevnol Homes, a builder with integrity – I would like to rate the integrity of Bevnol Homes as excellent. It is hard to get good genuine builders these days and I have found Bevnol Homes to be honest, qualified and easy to deal with. I bought an investment property from them a few years back and recently we had a storm water drain issue which needed to be fixed. I got an initial assessment done and sent them all the details required. After review and investigation, it was identified that the issue was not caused by the owners or tenants. Bevnol Homes immediately took responsibility and arranged to fix the issue and also reimburse the cost of the initial assessment done. I was very impressed with this kind of service, I would definitely be looking at them for any future property investments.

Excellent Builders - especially those wanting personal touch through customisation – We are in the process of building our dream home and were recommended by a close friend to consider Bevnol Homes. So far, we have had brilliant service from their team members who communicate very well and take their time to listen to your needs and work with you. If we have to pick areas of improvements - I would certainly say that the draftsperson that they engage is very slow and doesn't pay attention to details. I've provided that feedback to Bevnol who has taken it onboard and started using another draftsperson now.

The directors of Bevnol Homes; Brett & Grant are very approachable people and are always willing to help. During the build process, they have suggested changes that will enhance the look of the place ... clearly showing that they take pride in what they do.

Our site supervisor, Andrew is another awesome chap who is always available to answer our queries. I've heard from others that they hardly can get hold of their supervisor but in our case - Andrew is always available and ready to assist.

Look forward to seeing our dream home completed around June 2018 and will update our review as we go here.

For now, I can certainly vouch for Bevnol Homes if anyone is looking to build a quality home of their requirements.

** Updates post moving in our new home **

Quick update post moving in to our new home ... it's been over 5 months now and we are still extremely pleased that we went ahead with Bevnol. No major issues during our 3 months maintenance period - in fact, our site supervisor found more cosmetic things to be touched up compared to our independent inspector !!

We are so grateful to that friend who introduced Bevnol to us and hence would like to acknowledge their great work publically and hope many others will benefit from these builders.
