Terrible Machine – This machine was an excelent and great piece in my cafeteria. After 8 months of using this machine begging start broking down. I called the company that sold this to me and they sent me another used one. After couple of month of using the old one the same problem happen and stop working. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE IS NOT GOOD. Solid machine – Works, makes great coffee, looks good, solid build. Would recommend to anyone wanting to move beyond mainstream brands, for home use. Apparently I need 30 words to leave a reciew. Way too many Show details
I’m in love – This is the small cafe quality machine to best. Made it Italy with great craftmanship. Pump is powerful. The coffee is divine- I now struggle at cafes since being able to do better coffees ourselves. Good, simple design. The boiling water tap is great too, you can pull water for tea etc as needed. Would love to get it plummed in.. might look into that. This is a competitive space, with good reports about the rocket apartments, and expo bar too. Show details
Bazzera - BZ10. A mini commercial espresso machine! – Every day since we received our BZ10 we just admire the machine and wonder at the new taste sensation it brings from the coffee!! It is cute, tough, chunky and I even tested the stainless quality with a magnet! At least 304 if not a higher quality stainless! The thickness of the stainless is beyond belief.... The controls, the valves (joystick… Read more
type) the steam wand...all perfect. Just get one and stop mucking around!!! We received our BZ10 in outback Queensland, It arrived fast and very well packed.
Great machine with few little issues – I bought the machi ne online in Italy brand new. Preset by manufacturer on 12 bar brewing pressure which is too much I guess. Easy adjustable. Great coffe made every morning. Good steaming power if you wait enough for the boiler to heat up. Double gauge is very helpful in this matter. Compact for Hx machine - small foot- print in the kitchen. Also… Read more · 3
warms up very fast. Unfortunately there is some bitterness in this honey. After 6 months of usage the o-ring under steam wand gave up so I had to replace it (easy job, $3). I have to replace it now every 2-3 months. Also steap tap is a little lax - probably due to low quality another gasket. Today (machine is 8months old) i noticed that the tray starts to get rusty in corners. It seems that bezzera started to cut corners which may put this great brand in danger. Consistency of esspresso ( excellent), look and price. Qality of gaskets and tray.
Perfert machine, excellent extraction every time – I have only had this machine for a few days new and it's performing great! I purchased it from Ebay overseas for US$1250, which is $1050 cheaper than what you will pay for it at a store in Australia. [details removed] I highly recommend buying from him. He is a trusted seller. Don't worry about the warranty. If you want to use his two year… Read more · 2
warranty, you'd have to pay for it to be sent back to Canada. Chances are, it won't break down within two years anyway. If it does, I can fix it because I fix aircraft for a living, and I'm sure a coffee machine won't be too hard. There are few electrical components in the machine. I can order whatever parts I need direct from Italy using the illustrated parts breakdown on their website. Eassssy! Don't be afraid to do your own home maintenance, it's really not hard and you'll probably do a better job then the technician does anyway.
I purchased a 2000w, 240v to 110v step down transformer for $70 on Ebay to run this espresso machine on. Works fine. Reliable, looks awesome, stylish, makes a great espresso, powerful steam ability, good price.
