The products from this Company are so unique, each having their own back story. I love this fact about them. I have honestly never had such beautiful pieces in my home before. I am completely addicted. Em (the owner) also provides a personal service by responding to email inquiries. This is not your average online store, it is an experience, a journey into the past, each piece a treasure to behold. Thank you Em for bringing your vision to life.

Outstanding customer service and one off quality pieces – Hands down my favourite furniture and homeware store in Perth. I have purchased many of BHMs stunning pieces that are my absolute favourite pieces in my home. I know I will have them for years to come as the quality is superb. Ems customer service is outstanding, she always goes above and beyond to help her customers which is why I always recommend my family and friends to shop with her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Poor communication and customer service - stay away! – I placed two orders which quoted free shipping upon check out and payment. Em later sent a personal email asking me to deposit another $200 to cover delivery costs to process the order. I found these costs too much and requested to cancel the order. Never heard back from Em about cancellation or refund. She has $1260 of my money. Stay away - the costs are not transparent and communication & customer service is poor.
