Rude & condescending – I walked into the premises, paid for what I had won. I brought one (1) green shopping bag with me & my basic handbag which fits my wallet, phone, glasses & keys, collect my items, not easy as everything is all over the place. I wasn’t feeling the best & was about to ask for assistance from a woman, she looked at me & said, your bags will all be checked against what you have brought before leaving. I just looked at her & asked are you calling me a thief, she said you would be surprised. I said I am not & just want to collect my items & go home, she then proceeded to lean into my face & was told not to disrespect her & to stand in a certain place & she would get my items. She said next time you come in & before she could finish I said i will never be back. She then proceeded to get my bidding number & was going to remove it from the system, good. She then touched my arm & called me sweetheart. How condescending. Never will I return & I pity her staff having to work for an old dragon.
