Unfortunately, there warranty requires you to dismantle the unit and they then pick it up. The unit was pick up in March 2022. Then I didn't hear from Steve for a number of months. I tried to ring him and sent him SMS messages. He didn't answer the calls and didn't respond to messages. Then I sent him a message to their support page and threatened to take them to Consumer Affairs Victoria. I got a response and Steve told me that the unit could not be repaired. I just received a refund for the unit and original transport cost. I ma still out of pocked by $850 for installation and dismantling of the unit. To make it worse, I now have a hole in the ceiling that I don't know what to do with. Do yourself a favour and don't buy anything from this company no matter how cheap it might be. It could turn out to be a very expensive buy.

replacement of bar fridge under warranty – Bar Fridge not cooling thus returned for assesment and repair which was not possible so replaced and delivered at no cost

Most Hopeless Company Ever – We bought 2 rangehoods from these guys. One they don't even have an email address. They are fake people stealing your money. Stay away from them. Once item is purchased they don't respond back. Hopeless people who say you should have tested them before putting them up

Broken arcade game fixed outside of warranty for a small fee – We bought a 1500 game arcade game from big aussie deals in 2015. It's basically a computer screen mounted underneath an MDF casing, topped with glass so that two people can sit opposite and play all the old favourites. drive failure outside of the warranty period. They said to send it down again and they'd take a look. Although it took a while, Big Aussie Deals ending up diagnosing the hard drive failure (likely a power surge) and although it was out of warranty, they ended up ordering some new parts from overseas to upgrade it and fix it all up. They charged us a small fee to do so, but it means that the casing and the games live on for longer. I just wanted to acknowledge and thank them for going out of their way to do this so we still have a usable arcade game for all of us and our friends to enjoy. It was appreciated.

Excellent Customer Service – Ordered a gun safe from them... I am quite limited on my schedule so required strict delivery time etc. They made sure the order is correct and delivery was on-time!!! Super happy 100% of the way.

Damaged goods no answer from ausie deals – I purchased a bar fridge online. Goods arrived damaged and I can never get hold of the company. 2 weeks later no resolution. I would avoid this company, customer support is non existent.

Good aussie shopping – I ordered a 3 rifle gun safe, to be delivered to Perth. The cost was $160 + $80 (delivery to Maddington) = $240. Which was cheaper than anywhere online including Ebay!. Postage was fast about 1.5 week. Communication was A+ I SMS them and they reply instantly!. All in all very happy with the whole process, will buy from big Aussie deals again.
