assured me was because of a non-existent public holiday. When they did arrive they were completely scuffed and looked like they had been worn. I sent them back and despite their faultiness was not offered a refund for my return shipping costs.

I’ve only just received my shoes today (23rd January 2013), because of multiple mistakes made by this company. Four months later, I’m more than a little disappointed and I would never recommend them!
