Best iron I have ever had – I have always had expensive irons, thinking they would be the best, however, this iron has been the best I have ever had. I brought it 4 years ago and it hasn't missed a beat. Irons beautifully and I cant believe the price i paid.
Faulty but Big W refuse return without a receipt – The steam iron (Brilliant Basics) whilst only cost $14.00 is not fit for use as it was leaking water (not steam) whilst being use. Big W store policy preclude me from even a store credit or to return the item. Difficult to return items in my experience from this store. Show details
Great Iron for the price – Great iron, it works well with steam & water spray. The only downsides are it is a little small than my previous iron & it doesn't have a automatic turn off. Other than that I am vey happy with it. Esp when I paid $14 Show details
Easy to use iron – Hi the big W brilliant steam iron works especially well with the steam function. Easy to use with the daily on top the handle is smooth easy to grip or hold without getting tired of of holding it,very light weight and glides over any fabric and outo turn off makes it safe to use highly recommended this iron Show details
Good for the price – Minimal packaging which I prefer. Lightweight iron, pleasant colour scheme. Easy to use - has variable heat/steam settings. less effort to be made on my poor joints!
Gets to temperature in good time. The iron has a nice pointy end to it, enabling the getting into those pockets and tricky, tight areas that need ironing.
Overall very satisfied with this neat, lightweight iron and it's a steal at only $12.
