BigPond Shopping

Movie tickets never came – Ordered movie tickets a month ago, after several emails back and forth saying that a second lot has been posted out, it is still not here. I asked for refund since there seems to be a problem, they said it is out of stock, will receive by this week and will be sent after it is received. This is obviously not what they said initially. I will never buy from them again, not even a phone number to chase things up when it goes wrong.

Good Delivery Times – This website is underrated on ProductReviews. I bought a weight scale and have had no issues with it. The time to delivery was right on 3-5 days and I authorised them to leave it on the front porch since I wasn't at home. Haven't dealt with their Customer service as such but was otherwise very satisfied with my experience. Good delivery times

Vety slow postage! never ever ever ever ever buy through this mob! – I ordered and paid for a air hockey table on the 4th of december. I checked daily to see if it had been posted out to me due to it being an xmas present. After the 10 working days that bigpond allow for delivery I still didnt have my item or a tracking number. The people from bigpond say they followed up several times a day? Which i dont understand cos if they did it would have been sent max 3 days after my payment.

It was due to get to me by friday the 21st of december, I waited all day for my item and it didnt show.

I emailed bigpond shopping so many times and also called, I had random people emailing me back obviously hadnt looked at the notes as different people kept replying to the same question i had asked.

I will Never buy through these mob of idiots again! And would Not reccommend anyone else to either.

Terrible customer service – Ordered linen through the website and within minutes of completing my order realised I'd ordered the wrong colour. I immediately emailed to request my order be changed to my preferred colour. I received an email to say my email had been opened and read but i received nil response to my request. Although BigPond could easily have changed the colour before it was parceled, the following day my order was dispatched in a colour i intensely dislike

After 2 emails explaining what had happened and asking that i be able to exchange the bed linen when the parcel arrives, i received a very curt 2 sentence long email with a link directing me to their exchange policy. In short, once ordered, no exchange if not faulty.

I do most of my shopping online and am used to way better customer service than this. I will never buy from BigPond again
