The worst bike shop in Australia – I ordered some pedal pins, To get free shipping also ordered some other stuff. They ship the other stuff, Not the pins (without checking) then tell me the pins are on endless backorder. I now have to RTS the parcel and chargeback. Avoid. These guys make pushys look like saints. and they are illegally refusing a refund till they check it, Note I never had ownership of the parcel. I never touched it. This is ILLEGAL. They sent the parcel invalidly knowing they couldn't get one of the items in cart after falsley advertising stock. They shouldn't of sent it, The second tracking confirms RTS I am legally owed a full refund and have been REFUSED.

Poor Customer Service – It took 27 days for a wheel set to arrive. Typical shipping is stated as 3-4 days. Bikebug did not offer any assistance or compensation. Courier was hopeless and to my surprise they used them again for my next order which was temporarily lost but for not as long. They have an issue in addressing that they do not seem to want to sort out. Never again!

Good bike range – I went on the site and seems to have a good range of bike gear that I am interested in. Nice and easy to find what you want I hate it when sites are hard to navigate.
