Purchased two jackets. One was good, the other was rubbish. One of the jackets had excessive wear of one of the velcro straps, and the cuff of the inner liner. Only been worn 4 times. Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. I dropped off a very expensive, heavy leather Dainese jacket for a simple zip replacement and was told it would be ready in 3 days. A week went by with no update. I had to chase them myself, only to be told it might be ready the following Monday. After calling again, I spoke to a manager who had no idea where my jacket even was. An hour later he called back to say he’d “found it” — sitting on the floor. When I questioned why my $800 jacket was on the ground, he casually said that’s just where they keep things. Completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I was suddenly told it was cash only — something never mentioned upfront. When I said I didn’t have cash, I was told to go to the bank. It’s not my responsibility to jump through hoops, and it certainly felt like they were trying to dodge proper payment methods. I insisted on paying by card.
When I finally picked up the jacket, I later realised they had taken my original branded Dainese hanger — something you can’t replace. When I called, they admitted they’d lost it and told me to drive all the way back so they could give me a cheap, generic one instead. When I refused to waste another hour of fuel and time for their mistake, the tailor told me he “didn’t have time for this trash.” The tailor told me I was threatening him when I said I would leave a review of the service I had received when he said he wouldnt post me a replacement hanger and told me to pay for shipping after they had lost it. Unbelievable.
Completely unprofessional, disorganised, and disrespectful service at every step. I know motorcycle clothing stores and repairers are hard to find after Peter Stevens closed, but for this store - avoid at all costs.
I sized up and the pants I ordered were still too small. I had to pay $23 in postage to exchange the items. They told me to include $10 for them to post the larger size items back to me. Chinese, an English version would be nice. I managed to get it working with some trial and error. I assumed that since I was dealing with an American company I would get English instructions with the product.

Not waterproof at all. I have ridden in Scotland and it rained, not torrential by any means.
My gear has leaked ridiculously, both the jacket and the trousers. I mean I was absolutely soaking under the kit.
The website said that both the jacket and the trousers have a Reissa waterproof and breathable membrane.
I am disappointed at how not waterproof they are, considering that this is maybe the 3rd time I have worn them in the rain.
I have emailed them over a week ago and haven't even had any acknowledgement of my email!
Spend the extra money and look at other kit.

WON'T RETURN WRONG SIZE'S – They refuse to exchange wrong size clothing.. 4 disputes raised and 12 emails and 7 phone calls..NO WONDER THEY ONLY HAVE A 2.1 STAR RATING.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Exactly as I expected – Great company to deal with, super fast postage. Product is exceeding my expectations.
Poor service! – Still charged full postage on each item but combined the postage to save them money. Had to chase a refund even after they had received the items back for a considerable while. Poor communication, often with single word replies. Will not buy from again.
Be nice if I ever got the item – Updated: goods were resent and received in good order, just took a while but they did catch-up and forward the itemz Items were supposedly sent on 25 Oct but still not received them and after sales support non existent. Don’t risk it, look elsewhere. I’ve ordered plenty of items overseas and in Australia and these have been the only issue so far.

Rubbish – Purchased Bikergear black and red checkered Kevlar shirt thinking that it was going to give me the same protection that my kevlar lined Dragon jeans did,had a accident last April when my bike went down at 90klm (no fault of mine) shirt shredded like cheese cloth and had to have extensive skin graphs to both arms
Waterproof boots leak – I brought a pair of leather waterproof riding boots Ordering was easy, no different to any online store..Click to buy , then pay..easy as that. looking over them when I got home, there is no leather under the Velcro flap that supposedly waterproofs the zip area, so no amount of boot polished will ever make these waterproof.

Buyer Beware: Vest clasps and rivets extensively corroded. Seller will not reply – I purchased a "New Heavy Duty 3MM Thick A Grade COWHIDE Leather Motorcycle Club Vest". It arrived with badly corroded clasps and rivets. Large patches of plating had flaked and blistered off. Upon close inspection, multiple fine, parallel scratches can be seen across the heaviest tarnish. It's clear somebody tried to brush off the corrosion and damage. Sent email to the seller; have received no reply. Suggest you buy your gear elsewhere.

Bikers vest – Worst quality product I've ever bought. Purchased 4 vests and a leather coat. First of the vests (club purchase) literally fell apart on first ride. 75% of rivets failed and had to be replaced. some time now and he also finds it well made, fits his son like a glove, they are made from top quality 1.3mm leather. I personally have a pair of Kevlar jeans made from this same company and have served me well, still many years wear left in them also.
