Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. I dropped off a very expensive, heavy leather Dainese jacket for a simple zip replacement and was told it would be ready in 3 days. A week went by with no update. I had to chase them myself, only to be told it might be ready the following Monday. After calling again, I spoke to a manager who had no idea where my jacket even was. An hour later he called back to say he’d “found it” — sitting on the floor. When I questioned why my $800 jacket was on the ground, he casually said that’s just where they keep things. Completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I was suddenly told it was cash only — something never mentioned upfront. When I said I didn’t have cash, I was told to go to the bank. It’s not my responsibility to jump through hoops, and it certainly felt like they were trying to dodge proper payment methods. I insisted on paying by card.
When I finally picked up the jacket, I later realised they had taken my original branded Dainese hanger — something you can’t replace. When I called, they admitted they’d lost it and told me to drive all the way back so they could give me a cheap, generic one instead. When I refused to waste another hour of fuel and time for their mistake, the tailor told me he “didn’t have time for this trash.” The tailor told me I was threatening him when I said I would leave a review of the service I had received when he said he wouldnt post me a replacement hanger and told me to pay for shipping after they had lost it. Unbelievable.
Completely unprofessional, disorganised, and disrespectful service at every step. I know motorcycle clothing stores and repairers are hard to find after Peter Stevens closed, but for this store - avoid at all costs.
sued to offer service but new owners are terrible ,I took a jacket for repair they said they could fix but after 3 weeks of excuses they said they couldn't fix it never returned my calls in that time , The local bootmaker fixed it ibn 3 days !!! Show details

Simply amazing – Simply the best motorcycle gear store going. Cheaper prices amazing quality. I was able to get the jacket I wanted and had it made longer in the body and sleeves at no extra cost. Rubbish – Purchased Bikergear black and red checkered Kevlar shirt thinking that it was going to give me the same protection that my kevlar lined Dragon jeans did,had a accident last April when my bike went down at 90klm (no fault of mine) shirt shredded like cheese cloth and had to have extensive skin graphs to both arms
