Great barbecue – I almost didn't buy this barbecue because the false review saying the barbecue take too long to cook obviously who wrote that doesn't know how to cook. Flame is great doesn't take long at all. Before you write a bad review go and learn how to do a proper barbecue. Show details

nowhere near hot enough – new barbecue two burner on trolley.. Was difficult to assemble. Instructions not clear enough .When on High does not get hot enough to cook steaks quickly enough. Burners appear to be too far below the grill and hot plate. leaving on High for twenty minutes does not help. Very disappointed with this barbecue. Great for a couple!!! – It is very easy to put together & it is easy and efficient to use. It has a hood & this helps with wind & food that require longer cooking times. Very easy to clean also. Cleaning the outside is a breeze - just wipe it with a wet sponge & some detergent.  Show details

Shocker of a BBQ – We were able to cook bacon and eggs Just in a little under the 1/2 hour using this BBQ, So we thought it must have been something we did being a new BBQ, maybe it needed one or two runs before it bedded in. later the water was still not boiling and I could put my finger in the water with barely any temp. Cooked steak for 1/2 hour still rare.

My advice torch it before it torches your pocket.

Bang(er) For Your Buck – I have had this BBQ for 5 years now, have used it quite often and have found it to be excellent ‘bang(er)’ for your dollar. A complete disaster – This bbq is a complete disaster. I am amazed by the low quality of everything in it. Assembly is the first nightmare. Missing screws, twisted front panel and a fat cup that does not fit its own tracks. Spend a bit more and buy something decent. Such a waste of time and money.

Never My Choice – Less than 18 months old. Kept under cover, yet bottom and burner rusted. Hotplate bowed. The liquid/oil catcher underneath is next to useless!!!!! The only positive - the warming rack was okay to do a slow roast. What more can I say about a product that didn't meet my expectations. Too expensive for the time it lasted.

Rubbish. Don't buy it – Hot plate is uneven and not hot enough. Takes 20mins to cook a sausage and forget cooking for more than one person as there is no heat. Grill is useless as flame is too far away and uneven. Poor design allows every drop of oil to run straight on to burners. BBQs Galore at Helensvale kindly refund my money. Can't BBQ anything.

Crappy but with a very redeeming feature – The heat is weak and uneven as it is in the centre only. However the feature which is better than any others I saw was that the hotplate was completely flat and capable of being cleaned with a scraper even on the grill which is flat plate with gaps between the flat steel. can live with the lack of heat as I am a slow cooker anyway. the plate is large enough so I can circulate and so far my results are good. Very easy to clean Lacking power
