Poor customer service – Product seems fine. Purchased on 27 Nov 2022 - no wheels in package. Went to Hornby Westfield on 29.11.2022 - they copied receipt, told me to email pictures to them. Did so - zero response. Requested an update on 2 December - again no response. Shocking customer service. Always purchased here - but expected better care. Have new BBQ and no wheels.
