The best ever! – We purchased one of these units for our home... the best investment we had ever made!. Professional after sales and service too... couldn't be happier! It is also much cheaper to run then a Kettle and you get the hot water quicker. We previosuly had a Zip which broke down more than we could use it an their service team were unreliable and quite rude. So glad we changed to Billi. Would recommend it to anyone!. Cheaper to run than a kettle!
