This Company steals money from its Customers! I purchased a coat from Billy J, and I returned it for a full refund because the quality was terrible and it had a horrible chemical smell. After they received the item back, brand new and unused, they wouldn't give me a refund. I sent them countless emails, and they kept making excuses, but still no refund. They only offer Express Post, so I was out of pocket for freight costs both ways, even though they were at fault for sending me cheap quality clothing that looked like it came from Temu. They're a fraudulent company, and they can't be trusted. I will never deal with them again! I believe their 5-star reviews on TrustPilot aren't real, which is why I came to Product Review. If you check their 1-star reviews on TrustPilot, you can see how many Customers they've been ripping off lately.

Companies like this deserve to go bankrupt! Stealing money from your Customers is as low as you can go!
