Pricey but worth it – This product straightens my hair like no other. It is insane the difference and even the shine it gives my hair. I have very thick frizzy hair and this tames my hair to straight shiny hair without product. It is fantastic. Easy enough to use, just like most straightners. My hair doesnt get caught in the plates and it heats up in about 10 seconds to the hottest temperature. Would highly reccommend.

for 2 years. I have tried my friends GHDs and Muks but the the plates don't close enough on my fine hair. I wouldn't use anything else. The only negative is I have to buy from the USA as I couldn't find them in Australia originally. The absolute best straightener available.

Best straightener to certain degree – Was great. Bought this for my daughter 2 years ago. It was Amazing. Plates are better for your hair. Keeps your hair looking healthy and shining she loved it. Until it stopped working. After spending nearly $300 on it. It's very disappointing to see such a expensive product to stop working. If it wasn't for that. I would have given it 5 stars.

This product is exceptional! – I have tried GHD, Silverbullet, Tigi and now the OnePass. It truly is the best. There are these gel adhesive things on the plates which grips the hair. It straightens the hair out for you so you don't have to pull down on the straightener. It kind of gives a slick feel. I used it on my friend who has an afro and we had the sleekest hair you could imagine. Adjustable heat too.

compared to the ghd which makes a fried feeling to the hair. I don't need any protective spray because the condition stays great, it feel straighter and smoother and has awesome tension. Even my partner who has white bleached hair saw the difference between the ghd and one pass. It made her hair silky smooth and conditioned. it up! As its still under warranty I'm hoping that it gets fixed, however the warranty card states that they don't cover "shorts in the power supply cord".

Not sure if this classifies as the problem I'm having, but I will send it off and see what they say. If they don't choose to either fix or replace it I will rate this product one star and tell you now not to waste your $300. However if they do fix it, my rating will change to five stars and I will recommend that you go and buy yourself one because they really are a great straightner. Will update you all on the progress of the warranty. Probably the best straightner I've ever used. It hasn't lasted 12 months.

it. Both irons are still in perfect working order. (regardless of the knocks my daughter tends to give hers) The temperature has stayed true and my hair has never looked better. Not to mention that when straightened it stays straight until the next wash. If not I can fix it by using the lower heat. them and still to this moment the Manager or any Rep from their company has not bothered to come and look at my hair. My hair broke off in the areas I would straighten first. I contacted the Manager myself to be told it was from hair colouring and not their straightener, this decision was reached immediately with out seeing my hair or in fact even meeting with me. I know of 2 others who also experienced breakage from the same batch of straighteners but the company refuses to acknowledge this. One would think if someones hair had broken off, the company would at least send a rep to check out the clients hair, but this company had no interest, they have blamed my hairdresser, which is strange as I have had no further breakage since I discontinued usage of this straightener. I have been having my hair professionally coloured all my life and I have used many hair straighteners over the past 6 or 7 years, with NO breakage. This ONE PASS 1" hair straightener must have been faulty. BAD decision to buy the 1" do not touch them. Nothing it left my hair dry and brittle Bad warranty and no service from the manufacturer
