Ordered 3 gardens beds for a clients project, the delivery company lost one of the 12 packages however Marna from Birdies was amazing and followed up on the missing package and when the freight company couldnt find it she was straight on to working out with me what box was missing and arranged for another to be sent out straight away. The customer service was fabulous and our client is really happy with the garden beds. Thanks guys

The new methodology of tying the sides to each other is wildly faster, easier (my complaint) and as always the end result looks the business.

size beds I ordered. It appeared I was missing two 700mm sheets from each bed. I contacted Birdies straight away and sent them photos of what I received. They were excellent and apologised for their error. Look I get it, I have been a business owner and understand on occasions that mistakes get made. It's how you deal with them that counts.

They expressed the sheets I was missing straight away and I got them in 4 days and was able to get them together in time.

Not only were they very nice about the issue, they accepted their mistake, got it sorted quickly for me but they also offered me a complimentary garden bed. You can't ask for more than that.

So you can see why I have 5 stars in my review, yes they made a mistake with the order but that can happen, we are all human. The quality of service in how they dealt with it was what impressed me and I might add the end product is well made and looks great.

Highly recommend the product and the customer service. Thx Birdies.

Love my birdies beds – Love my birdies, I am up to 12 beds and the quality is amazing. I still have beds that are 16 years old!

Good product bad delivery and service – We are customers of birdie products for a little while and just received our third delivery of another 4 large raised birdies garden beds with a value of A$1,451.00. point that the metal pieces were showing and being exposed (and birdies boxes are fairly sturdy). When questioning the delivery driver the answer I got was they being heavy, have fallen over and being sliding around in the delivery truck. In a nutshell care factor was unacceptable. Got on the phone to birdies, and got somewhat of an apology only to be told that the boxes do get damaged but usually the product is ok. In case there is some damage and some panels are bend, I can bend them back in place with a shifting spanner or rubber mullet. In case that’s not possible we will replace what is damaged or missing. Now call me old fashion, but if I produce a product and I have a customer who is paying good money for my product, I am very much interested in the process of getting my product to that customer in an undamaged condition. Should I receive feedback of some negative nature from that customer as in this case, I would take it a bit more seriously and manage my third party delivery company to the point that this will be prevented in the future. Instead of having my staff on the phone telling the customer (me) to put my panel beating skills to the test. Does anybody still gives a ….? As I said, good product, bad delivery this time and certainly the wrong message from birdies staff. Disappointing

Overpriced Rubbish – We purchased two 5M raised garden beds to use as both herb garden and veggie garden at the cost of over $1.3k plus. They are poorly engineered and they include crap hardware to hold them together. I would have thought paying that sort of cash you'd get better! All I can advise potential buyers is to look elsewhere

Average product, delivery guy broke our gates!! – Ordered some Birdies timber raised garden beds at the recommendation of our landscaper. When ordering, I made it know that we’d need advance warning of the delivery because it was for a beach house. Well - that was a wasted effort. No call or advance notice. the delivery guy forcing open my security gates to gain access to the property.

I went there later that day to find the gates damaged. Immediately contacted Birdies - 6 months later I’m out of pocket $380 and absolutely no satisfaction from Birdies, who have consistently blamed Toll.

Rubbish response. Thankfully police have been helpful and are following up.

Really don’t recommend them at all. No space to write about the garden beds themselves but I’ll say they’re average quality for the price.
