Urn tap leaking. Birko service via zip state they do not supply a replacement tap valve or tap. So that means the service life of the urn is significantly reduced to the life of the frailest part most likely to fail. I have moved to another brand that supplies replacement taps for their product. No more Birko!

Unreliable and very short life span – Purchased the stainless steel Urn for over $300. Failed after 13 months, just 1 month out of warranty but Zip refused to honour the warranty. So if you buy a Birko Urn, get ready for failure after a very short time.
