Well worth the buy! I have 4 cats and a large tiled floor area. The cross wave cuts my cleaning time in half. It effectively vacuums the pet hair and removes surface dirt. My floor looks so clean post use. It works really well on my patio tiles as well. The dirty water canister and the foot cover are extremely easy to remove and clean. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Not worth the money!! Buy a $30 hand mop and regular vacuum and save $$$
Bissell advertise that you can go from hard floor to rugs, cleaning both with a flick off a switch Hard/Rug cleanly and easily. This is not TRUE going from the hard floor and as soon as you are on the rug when you flick the switch it leaves a dirty water mark and they you have to vacuum that up! Bissell advertise showing that going from hard floor to a rug you use the Rug switch to vacuum but they DO NOT advertise that to vacuum it will only work when you spray CONTINUALLY on your rug otherwise the dog fur does not go through, it gets stuck jus...t behind the filter. Bissell DO NOT advertise that then you have damp rugs once you have "vacuumed" them!! I am so unimpressed especially coming into winter...great damp rugs!! I contacted Bissell and I was told you have to spay your carpet rugs!! I would not have bought this machine had Bissell showed sporting the carpets as well as hard floors. So very disappointed, a lot of money for a very inadequate machine that makes promises it can't keep.

God send when I had 2 kids under 2
Used mostly on old school real wood floor boards. Cleaned absolutely amazing.
worked well on rugs and carpets and handy when something got spilt on the carpets. While it did work well on laminate and tiles it dried with streaks floor board where fine .
Time saver. Efficient.

Bissell pet floor cleaner - corded model.
Used on hard floors, I have two relatively indoor short hair dogs. Excellent results.
Important to clean brush (easily removed/replaced). Using Bissell recommended pet cleaning fluid (not cheap) I would recommend this product, I have read one dissatisfied comment- was this used with long haired dogs -easily tangles up most brushes.
I’ve clean floors & brushed thoroughly, removing hairs and floor bits etc: Honestly I’m delighted with my pet floor cleaner - money well spent - cleans and dries. (Cairns - usually hot) no streaks etc. Thank you - money well spent a year ago at least.

I thought my floor was clean before but no...
I have a tile floor, moped it as I normally would and thought it was clean then I used the crosswave. I could not believe how much more dirt came off my "clean" tiles. Drawbacks...does not get right to the edge, it missed about 30mm. it would be better if it reclined more to get under heavy furniture.

Hate Hate Hate it.
This review maybe a little over the top because I am 70 and have a bad back. My daughter raved about hers so I bought it solely because she thought it was fabulous. I'd intended to buy a S...k steam mop for a quarter of the price. I find it extremely heavy and hard to move around in my split level home. Having water in t h e dust area is hard to clean and having such a fiddly machine that has to be cleaned after every use is stressful and upsetting for me. To clean and change the brush roll, which I haven't yet completed is a nightmare be...cause I have to sit on the floor to do it, then absolutely struggle to get back up. I've replaced the brush roll and I've tried over 3 days to put the clear plastic cover back over it, blowed if I can. I'm so disappointed and stressed by it all. It's probably somewhat to do with my age. It's simply not the product for me. I bought it online and I hope to be able to return it and buy something more age friendly.....

I find that I need to go over it
I mean it saves me some time, but I find that I need to go over the floor a few times. It does leave streaks so you do need to dry the floor straight after so it doesn't stain. It's also pretty heavy. I wouldn't recommend it.

Great time saver
I was a little sceptical before I bought this, I'm glad a took the time to check it out. I love the fact that it vacuums and scrubs my floors. Tile grout is a hard thing to keep looking like new, not any more. The cleaner that is used in the water tank is effective and has a pleasant fresh smell. Being able to do hard floor then just touch the button to do the carpet is amazing. Fresh clean carpet and tiles with one machine and it cleans itself too. Fantastic, quiet, well designed machine.

Awesome machine for a good clean
I use my bissell crosswave in a mix of carpet, tiles and rugs. It does real well across all floors as a vacumn and a mop. The only issue I have is I hate cleaning all the parts, but buy a second rotating head brush and filter. You can thank me later

Good but not for deep cleaning
I have hybrid flooring and feel I need a good sweep/vacuum before I start. Although it’s both vacuum and mop and is supposed to save time it’s only good for a quick clean up. It is also very heavy and hard to get in hard to reach places.

Good but not great.
I managed to pick up a second hand one of these from market place that had been hardly used. While I'm happy with it, I'm glad I paid less the half the price had I bought it brand new otherwise I'd be disappointed.
The machine is heavy and my hand tends to get sore from holding the trigger button down to release water. It definitely does safe me time though not having to mop and vacuum separately so it's worth looking at if you're looking for a time saver. I haven't had any issues with streaky marks being left behind and I love that the watertank has a strainer in it.

Waste of money
Cordless BISSELL® CrossWave hard floor cleaner. 4 months old. Leaving dirty streaks. I cleaned the brush and filter. Dried filter before reinstalling. As said on youtube. Everything cleaned and dried. But still Leaving dirty streaks. Bad suction. Very expensive. Not good value for money. Would not recommend this product.

Our house is mostly wood floor and tiled in the bathroom and laundry. The vacuum and mop works great on all surfaces. Definitely saves us a lot of time in that you don't have to vacuum and then mop separately. No messy mop buckets to carry across. Works well and leaves a brilliant shine on my wooden floor.
Comes along with a good length of chord. Cleaning the parts can be a chore but still worth the time and effort.
The only thing left wanting is the included floor cleaning liquid- 1 tiny bottle that is barely enough for two uses.

Not as good as I hoped
It's not really lightweight as advertised. It takes me as longer to clean the vacumm after use than doing the vacumming/moping of the house itself, it would be faster to just use a normal vacumm then mop with a bucket and mop.
3 strikes and your out. Never again
I purchased this item1st in 2019. It was amazing for the first few times, than massive loss of suction and water canister broke. Replacement part was difficult but finally successful. Than few months later, major fault. Store assessed and noted manufactory fault , replaced product. Than new product used a handful of times, in less than a month and it started to trip the safety switch, shutting off motor and home electricity. Product is in brand new condition, besides water tank that turns opaque (every time). It was assessed by "Rep" who stated...that the motor fault was caused by the occasional dry vacuum. This is not true. This is a vacuum. This new replacement was used a handful of times to strict user manual directions with all proper and correct product and cleaning solution, yet I am still being refused a refund under Australian Law. This product is unsafe and useless but still in an "as new" cosmetic condition, just won't work because it constantly trips safety switches. The reasoning for refusing refund is because they believe this vacuum cleaner can not be used without water, lol. Please note: on every use it had water function used but not for the entire cleaning process. Neither the less, it should still function perfectly as a dry vacuum and no where on the instructions does it say otherwise. Extremely disappointed

Questions & Answers
Can you use this on engineered timber floors. Could it remove the lacquer? Just considering purchasing one
I’m unable to answer your question as I Only use it on tiled floors mainly and one short pile large rug. The results; I’m very pleased with, using the correct cleaning fluid and quantity I’m having ...no issues. Remember- clean the main roller/brush to keep the machine working efficiently.
Is it possible for this machine to remove lacquer from engineered timber floors? Just considering purchasing one.
Why are the brush rollers and filters more expensive for the bissell crosswave max cordless 2767H, I do like the unit but have often wished that I had bought the corded bissell cleaner because I run out of time before Im finished all the areas
