Customer support has done a great job by providing the support today to resolve the issue manually but I guess yet I cannot trust yet the OKX Earn to use further

The issue was resolved smoothly shortly after that.

Yes, I was understandably very frustrated at the time of the initial post - as anyone would be when their account and funds are locked without clear timelines (to be honest, part of that frustration also stemmed from a previous bad experience with Kraken Australia, which was an absolute nightmare. If you're curious, just check out their reviews - I really feel for everyone who is going through them).

Overall, I’m very happy with how things were handled once escalated. Thanks again to the local support team.

Summary: My account + funds are FROZEN after reverifying myself (i can't even log in).

1. I have been asked to re-verify (probably a routine thing)

2. I went through the process and it told me that i've successfully been re-verified by email.

3. I now can't login both from my phone / app > it says "You can't proceed any further - We're preparing your account'

4. Contacted the support, tried a few things they've asked me to, and nothing works > locked out for 2 hours.

5. Wait for 2 hours and contact the support again, tried a few different things, I now have been asked to wait another 2 hours again and they said 'just wait'.

I've been using this app for my coin investments. I found it easy and convenient. Also, A little while ago, I had an issue with my account, but I was able to reach out through the live chat. The support team responded quickly, were friendly, and did their best to help me solve the problem.
