Excellent service – Problem with a small item but immediate action and replacement received by express post. Very happy with their service, thumbs up.

Bitterly disappointed – I wanted to buy a drilling bits set but tried a number of times to get Bits4Blokes' advise on what set to buy, as they cost over $200 but nobody from the company responded to my requests for help. Would be better off going down to Bunnings and talk to some old bloke there in the tool department!
