Shocking non-Servive – We booked an urgent repair of a shower tap that had failed and was gushing hot water, requiring the eater to the house had be turned off. We had a children's event and a medical appointment in the late afternoon but were assured the plumber would be here between 12 and 3. After they didn't turn up and no communication we followed up, and were told it would now be arriving by 4pm. I had to miss the event and wait around for them. But.... they didn't turn up again! Instead, they sent a text message saying they weren't coming at all - and told us to get another plumber. We are now incurring out-of-hours emergency rates with another firm. Stay away.
