Wow this is good – Absolutely love this new product and it really works for my aches and pains. So impressed with the quick relief and also love that it is smooth and non greasy. treatments for pain relief so I thought I'd give it a go. I drove 3 hours to get to the shop and when I spoke with Mac, he seemed to understand what I needed and suggested the Hemp, Comfrey & Arnica Nano Cream. I got a medium jar and hoped for the best. I got home after a long and gruelling drive through insane traffic and immediately after a shower I applied some of the cream to my feet. To say I was shocked is an understatement, when I could feel a marked difference after around 10 minutes! It didn't completely alleviate the pain but it certainly reduced it by at least 70% bringing it down to a more bearable level. I am still shocked that it actually does what it claims to do and I have been using it daily for a few weeks now. I found Mac to be very approachable, kind, friendly and knowledgeable thus I will be back for more cream/s in the future. I highly recommend this business and Mac's products as they have most certainly worked for me. I tip my hat to Mac and his team for creating this product and making it available to the public.

In desperation I reached for the Black Sheep Farm Aches & Pains Nano Cream at 2am a few nights ago & within minutes I experienced substantial relief from the intense pain & managed a few more hours of light sleep. always thought because it was a slow release medicine, that could have been the reason. But the same I noticed with other things I tried, like the Nano Hemp Oil (which I paid $330 for 100mls) which I found a waste of money as it did nothing to ease the pain and discomfort from my condition.
Then I came across the Nano Cream (120 mls costs $60), the balm contains Hemp, Comfrey & Arnica and my life has CHANGED for the better!!! BETTER!!!! :-) I applied the cream and within ten minutes-pain dramatically subsided!! WHOA!!! Glory to God! It works! It truly works!
Now, to my disappointment! :-( When my order arrived in the post, upon immediate inspection, both the 30mls jar and the 120 mls jar are NOT filled promptly with the cream. (See photos). I contacted 'Mac' from Black Sheep Farms via e-mail, attaching the photos while expecting a free jar to be posted to me as compensation! In which I received a disgruntled reply telling me lies that the fault was caused by Australia Post's mishandling of the jars. When I have ordered other creams in jars before-where I have not encountered such a problem! Looking at the jar, it's pretty obvious that it hasn't been filled properly.
In order to "qualify" for a 30 ml replacement jar; I have to notify the Farm with my subsequent order in the future!! Lord, have mercy! And here I was anticipating the farm would be honest to send another jar, seeing there is a discrepancy with my order!!! Lord, have mercy!!! Very bad service! Inconsiderate, and what's with the lies?! Lord, have mercy! What upsets me the most is the fact I am a loyal customer too! Lord, have mercy!!!
I score the product: Nano Cream 5 ***** because it actually works!!!
However, the owner's attitude, inconsideration and lack of compassion a 1 * for he needs a lot of improvement in this regard.
I have been in retail business before and whenever I had an unhappy customer I would go out on a limb! To make sure the customer was satisfied, and I would replace the faulty item-not offer a small jar when the actual jars came dodgy were 60mls and 120 mls in content. Lord, have mercy!! Shame on Mac!!
Otherwise, the product actually works. And it's only because I finally found a natural cream that works that I am a loyal customer with Black Sheep Farm Oils and Creams.
