OK for a massage – Pleasant massage cream, if you like the smell, but doesn't (and cannot) relieve pain as such. The massage may help. The positive reviews here read suspiciously alike and the names chosen seem fishy. Show details

It's ok not best – It relieves the pain but very slowly .you feel relieved but doesn't make you normal .I heard some good reviews so I tried it but work s same as voltarine cream not better but more costly.

No result – After 27 applications 3 times a day for my arthritic hands no improvement at all. Very sad. Will have to resort to pills or do I have to keep using. By now there should have been something. Daniel

This is like a magic potion. I've had constant burning in my shoulder due to work for weeks. My boss gave me a tube of this to try and within minutes the burning has stopped. Very good – Works well on arthritic toes and hand. Not so much shoulder or knee, though have only tried it on shoulder and knee a couple of times. Tends to numb the area where it has been rubbed on foot and hand. Effectiveness may depend on separation between pain source and outer skin? Knuckles very close to surface.

Just used a sample will purchase today – I did the a run the gc50 actually sponsored by fisiocrem they handled out sample sachets at the end of the run. I thought nothing of it until this morning after my run, ankles, knees in agony. It was a 3gram sachet was enough for both my knees and ankles within about 10mins I was painful free and pretty shocked. Fisiocrem – I have been using this cream for about 6 years it’s the best thing I’ve found so far. I’m allergic to voltaren deep heat etc but tolerate this just fine. Everything to back herniations to knee injuries. Works wonders if highly recommend. Show details

Can't live without it! – I use this for every type of ache and pain. I even used it when I had jaw reconstruction, and had nerve/cold pain. It feels great on, not oily or sticky, you only need a small amount. There are a heap of awesome natural ingredients. For my calves after hill repeats, to sore shoulders when I sleep wrong - there isn't much I don't use this product for when it comes to exercise and body aches and pains. Show details

Great massage cream that also smells good – I have use fisiocrem for many years now. I use it mainly on my calf after exercise (weightlifting and running) or standing for too long at work. It works quite well and doesn't smell strong as other massage cream brands. It means I can wear the cream or put some on at work and not irritating my colleagues with the smell. Show details

~0300 for the usual toilet run and noticed the pain in my elbow was slightly less - so rubbed some more in and when I woke at 0700 the pain and soreness had reduced about 80%, after just 2 applications. This is great stuff.
