Pat that there were some properties that I insisted on viewing against his recommendation and those were the ones which I really regret wasting my time on.

In this day and age where property listings can be found on-line, I had my doubts at the beginning whether a buyer's agent had any use. However, as in most things, it is about finding the right people and Pat is definitely one of those.
