like the hospital and grabbed the delicate tummies one. I found it was better than Bellamys but still didn't mix very well would often get small clumps and he still got bad wind and reflux i figured it must have been a thing with formula so just kept him on it. As my supply was low and after trying everything nothing was increasing it, as his appetite increased the more fomula he was getting and therefore his reactions were more noticeable. His poo was increasingly getting darker and was like wet cement in texture and colour it was a dark dark grey very slightly dark green and his reflux and wind was getting so bad. Basically, I changed his bottles to doctor browns bottles from Phillips Avent on advice from child health nurse (who talked me out of changing formula) this helped alot with his wind but it wasn't until I changed to Blackmores that his poo instantly went back to baby poo colour, his reflux is still there but reduced dramatically and it mixes perfectly ive never once had a clump. I order online from blackmores website and you get free shipping and a discount for ordering through them.. works out at $25 a tin for me. I am so happy and wish I had him on this from the start. He also started sleeping through the night. He was almost 3 months by this stage so could have been coincidence but such a huge improvement i am so grateful for this product. He is 100% formula fed now. This is my first review on any product but felt compelled to share our experience.

Absolutely prefect for little tummys – This formula was our go to in our second week of being parents. Breast feeding wasn't working and we needed to make a decision ASAP. breast milk was so easy with this. She never had bad wind with it unlike with breast milk and she slept through the night when she was finally exclusively formula fed with this. The massive advantage of buying this brand is the great customer service you receive when you call in to the company to ask questions. We were directed to a naturopath and were on the phone to the consultant for over an hour who gave us some amazing tips and tricks for parenting. We were so grateful for her friendship and her time at this stage where we had had no sleep for days. Sometimes the formula is hard to find as they no longer sell it in Coles, but the chemists always stock them!

sometimes refusing feeds, crying whilst feeding and spitting up all that I fed her. I wanted to share my review as my little one is one that gets constipated & suffers reflux as well as is fussy on the taste of formulas.

I also have tried other brands such as Mamia, S26 and Bellamys with the same issues

After one feed with Blackmores all of these issues have gone, my little one is now drinking 150ml per feed, and is loving each feed guzzling bottles in minutes, no constipation or wind issues and no reflux

It has been a month of bliss since changing to this amazing formula with my little one gaining weight and very content and happy

If anyone is thinking of changing formulas due to facing these issues this formula is phenomenal. Thanks blackmores.

So happy I found this – I started off using karicare gold + and tried the standed karicare formula - my baby is majority breast fed and had issues with both - skin rash, crying and fussy, trapped wind, sore tummy, vomiting, sore mouth even though she would only have 100-200ml a day. through the night and she’s only 10 weeks! Seems to only be sold in 1 place in NZ and at a reasonable price. Would defiantly recommend for babies who have reacted to other formulas.

Unfortunate minority – We switched to Blackmore's from the OLI6 which was great but being goat-based, our doctor asked us to find a suitable cow milk alternative. little tummy used to rumble with it. Also a bit more expensive. We switched to Nutura after the second tin. Verdict- We thought it might be a cow milk allergy but she took to Nutura just fine so I guess our bub was just one of the unfortunate ones.

Good formula just not for my baby – My little one is 5 weeks old and I've been giving him this formula since birth. He has reflux issues so spits most of it up. I've used a thickener which helps keep it down but the thickener gives him gas and diarrhoea. I've tried other formulas which he spits up even more so keep coming back to this one. Baby goes to poo while feeding – Hi there My baby just take BM formula stage 2 nearly finish tin. Only I awared that during she is feeding ,she goes to poos . terrible constipation. He now goes almost every day on this formula, it doesn’t have a strong or unpleasant smell when he vomits, and he seems to actually enjoy the taste. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s considering it.

straining, no gas issues and she loves the taste. I can not stress enough what a relief it was not to have to rely on coloxyl and suppositories to get her to pass a poo, the overall consistency and smell is so much healthier and she is a happier thriving baby on Blackmores. The only downer is it can be difficult to find and purchase!

So glad to have found this formula! – We were using Aptamil as my first child was on Aptamil and it agreed with him the most but with my new baby, he was having horrible gas pains and vomiting after every feed! biggest positives with this formula is that it actually smells good, which makes me think that it would also taste better than the other ones. This formula doesn’t have a fishy formula smell like others I have tried. Also I give it a huge tick of approval for being Australian made, makes paying a bit more for the tin worth it. Baby has had no issues with gulping this formula down and seems to enjoy the taste a lot more than Aptamil. This formula seems to mix up really well with the water and rarely ever leaves chunks of formula in the bottle, it doesn’t look powdery either which is great! 10/10 recommend to any parent whose trying to find a new formula that agrees with your baby.

Unfortunatly shes got some pretty gnarly reflux so we have to now switch to a reflux specific brand, but would hands down reccomend blackmores to any Mum whos struggling to find a formula that doesnt give their little one tummy issues. The best! Gentle on baby's tummy and easy to prepare – I have used this formula for my baby from 10 weeks old. He absolutely loves it and has never had any tummy aches or problems with constipation. Recommend this to mums whose bubs have sensitive tummys. Also like how easy it is to prepare. The scoop is big and the powder dissolves quickly. Perfect – Can’t fault it. This is perfect!! – Baby loves this formula. I was using another brand which left my baby very windy, he couldn’t sleep properly due to excessive wind. Since we moved to Blackmore, bubs loves it and he isn’t so gassy. Little bit pricy but definitely worth it. Show details ·  1

Smells and tastes closest to my breastmilk – Smells and tastes closest to my breastmilk compared to so many other formulas we have tried. Great product! – My mum brought this for me while I was pregnant and I was unsure if I was gonna use it as a first time mum but I started using Blackmore formula occasionally to feed my son and I’d say his pretty satisfied with it

Keeps baby satisfied for longer overnight – Baby (2.5mo) regularly drinks a between 115-135ml of a serving between 10-11pm as a top up feed. Sleeps til nearly 4am after that. The rest of the day she is on breastmilk, and I give her 1 bottle of formula per day as a top up. Formula dissolves easily in warm water. Creamy and loved by baby – Baby enjoys this in comparison to 2 other popular formula brands out there. Finishes the whole serve. No noticeable side effects, perhaps she doesn't poo as often as when she is on breastmilk. Sleeps well after. Easy to prep, scoop is a good size (2 scoops for 120ml), so it's less troublesome than another formula which requires 4 scoops per 120ml due to a smaller scoop provided. Loved this product – My son was originally on NAN and after him habing bad reflux we were advised to change formulas, we went to blackmores and were so happy. It was great while we were able to purchase it, it became harder to find and buy by the time my son was moving up to the 2 so we decided to cut it rather then keep looking and not finding it.
